It's complicated. My left eye is technically there and I can technically see out of it, but I don't have binocular vision and my right eye … moreis much stronger, so that's the eye I use to look at things. The weak eye has about 20/200 vision so it's good for detecting color and motion, but that's about it.
If I'm trying to get a good look at something, I turn my head and look at it with my good eye. I try not to do that to people though, it freaks them out.
