Well, I dunno about anyone else, but to me, her lines here just sound like an extended version of her line in the game about how she "though… moret she could save him." To me, that line means that she disapproved of Kenny's excessive violence with Carver. It made her see that he is actually a very broken man, probably beyond her powers to save.
Sounds like it's just background audio. Sounds so you know they're talking, but you're not supposed to hear it clearly. So the Reggie's voic… moree actor probably just said something random for that...or Carver really didn't want to let Luke brush his teeth o.o

However, given the still not too perfect state of the forum, mods are a bit unsure whether this message actually DOES turn up. We have asked TTG officials for implementing that this message is also sent to the user's email address, but I guess the next forum update isn't exactly "around the corner".
Most of the people you see getting banned for seemingly no reason actually probably got banned over posts that were deleted by mods. That's just my guess, though.
