Can someone explain to me why they Think Sarita?
Will survive? Let's be realistic, she was bit and Clem can cut her hand off or kill the walker. Clem's hatchet has so much zombie muck on it that cutting into Sarita is just going to spread the infection further. Also, the group is in a middle of a herd she would bleed out way before she received medical attention. Not to mention that they probably didn't bring much supplies, and the loud ass scream (more than Sarah's) is going to draw all the walkers to her. Now if you kill the zombie she doesn't make noise but her chances of survival are slim there.

I think its safe to say she's dead for sure.
Unless Carlos SOMEHOW came back from the dead and turned into the hulk and carried her out of there and had a cure or something and stitched her arm up. Saritas dead, I'm sure. She doesn't have a chance.
Realistically, she would probably be unconscious from shock and blood loss in a minute or two (if she wasn't eaten by that time) and dead shortly thereafter; then again, so would Lee. The point is, the game isn't enslaved to realism, so it's possible she could stay alive for most of the episode. My guess is that Mike will tourniquet the stump (he's experienced), but she will still die by the end of Ep. 4, if not sooner.

Maybe they amputate the rest of her arm (cutting at the shoulder) at the beginning of the Episode. It's not IMPOSSIBLE for her to survive, just extremely unlikely. Who knows, she might get lucky. Real lucky. Her boyfriend did.
Though I am of the opinion that she's going to die no matter what, like you are. It's a shame, I liked Sarita. She was a motherly figure with a nice accent.

It all depends on whether they can make it through the horde before Sarita goes down. Besides, Clementine is apparently really good at dragging people through herds.

Lee passed out when he expected the pain. Sarita's system would be totally shocked by something like that, and it'd probably be much worse. No way she's gonna make it. And they can't exactly bandage the stump in a herd, if she's passed out, can they?
