Was it really that long before hearing about Season 2? I thought news about Season 2 started popping up around Episode 3 of Season 1? (I hadn't actually discovered the game yet at that time so I may very well be wrong.)
If they do make a Season 3, we'll only hear news about it after the DLC and GoT/TFTB are finished (around mid-2015).

I'm thinking it's an old title. Remember when people thought the Episode 4 achievements were fake because the title 'The Walking Dead' was a slightly different colour to the in-game version? I reckon they made all of the achievements at the start of the project, hence the old title for Episode 5.

I like these ones, not giving an awful lot away at all. Though, i am definitely not going to look at any accompanying icons with these achievements. The pictures are liable to give loads away.
Yeah, I was reluctant to look at these at first but curiosity got the better of me (DANGIT BRAIN).
Looking at the achievements it's very hard to tell what will happen. From what I gather, the group (or what's left of the group) is able to reach Wellington (and its coldness) but lose many of the members on the way. Wellington is probably not what it seems to be (another Savannah?) and they try and escape but only a small number (2-4?) are able to get out of Wellington. We'll end with a bittersweet grand finale (with hints for a season 3?)

No. Too predictable. As you said, You're not counting on it. I think we're going to have a decent cliffhanger that will blow all our minds about Wellington. I can't think of a specific thing. GODDAMMIT, I'M SO FUCKING HYPED UP!!

'A Kindly Stop for Me" is, obviously, a death for someone dear to us (Kenny or Luke, maybe?).
"All the Dead Lie Down" will be the same thing of the Ep.5's slide: walkers getting frozen/ dying, and the survivors are safe...for now

Ep5 is so unpredictable. Even with the achievement released, You can't predict how will it go. All the dead lie down could have many meanings.
