I suspect more than half of our group will be gone by mid-episode five.
In this episode? Rebecca, Sarah, Nick, Sarita, and potentially Bonnie and Mike.
I think Jane will end up going her own way eventually. Luke and Kenny will probably be saved for episode five. Bonnie's a maybe simply because she's really the only 400 Days character that has had a significant impact on the game so far but I don't see her surviving the whole season. Mike looks like a redshirt to me. He'll probably die during an attack.
I personally think Jane might become a minor villain.

Nick isn't making it for a much longer Time. Determinants usually are around for 2 more Episodes like Doug/Carley.
I don't see much Potential for Mike. Anyone else thinks he's a Red-Shirt Replacement for Lee?
Sarita maybe not. The Arm was chopped off immediately after the Bite unlike Lees and like Hershels Leg in the Series.
Since i saw the Trophie Picture of 'A heavy burden' and the very Title of it, i have a bad Premonition. Sarah may wants to end her Life after the Loss of Carlos and asks Clem to do her the Favour to pull the Trigger. What resembles a 'Heavy Burden'. Or she's already zombified and slowly turns back when meeting, Yeah i hate that Thoughts..
No Clue for the others. Obviously Kenny's making it to the Finale at least. Luke too. Rebecca untill the Birth at least.
Jane may ends up the Lone Wolf Route.

I'm not sure they'd make Nick determinant twice. At least, I assume that's what you mean. That is, unless they really want to joke about, considering the fact that he was the one who said,
"Everyone I grew up with, it all happened to them. And now, it's gonna happen to us."
Still, it'd also be really cool for a character to be determinant twice, but who knows.

I'm worried something happened to luke, assuming he got lost again in the preview. But i feel like he'll live through this episode.
I made my predictions really classy, like they have on the wiki:
Green = alive, blue = unknown, purple = determinant, red = dead.
Nick will die, probably sacrificing himself for someone
We may have to help Sarah or let her die (I really just want her to live though. Clem needs a friend).
Sarita's arm is a death sentence
Jane's going to up-and-leave when shit hits the fan
Mike will probably die for cheap emotional impact.
Rebecca will die in childbirth probably
Bonnie strikes me as a 'determinant' character.

They're some good predictions, actually. I think we'll be meeting some more characters in Episode 4 as well, so the 'alive' group could be larger.
I'm thinking that if Christa returns, she'll survive and if she's with a group some of them will too.
We don't even know who Arvo is yet and he's being worshipped XD

Determinant means they can die earlier. For example if you tell Walter Nick is a bad man Nick can die, if you say Nick is a good guy, Walter saves Nick and now Nick is in Ep 4.

yap, not to talk about her hands covered in blood...
i'm kinda slow lol but seriously. my thoughts about Amid the Ruins is that Clem loses her hat in the middle of crazy events, and the Blood on her hands/cheeks signifies her losing her innocence, finally losing it.
