Overall, I like TWD MUCH better.
The Last Of Us had amazing graphics and settings and a good story. But, I don't think anything will capture my heart and rip it to shreds like The Walking Dead Game has. To be honest, I prefer an amazing story over graphics. Don't get me wrong, I loved TLOU's story. But, it can't really compare to TWDG's. So overall I'd choose TWDG.
Everything Naughty Dog has ever made is overrated. Sure, they've never made anything terrible, but nothing exceptional either. Crash can't compete with Mario. Uncharted is an action set piece simulator. The Last of Us is a generic mix between Walking Dead and Children of Men. Then there's also the horrible AI and cover based shooting we've seen a million times. Is it a bad game? Not really, but when you see this being hailed as the CITIZEN KANE OF GAMING then you have to wonder what they're seeing in this.

So you shoot a million peoples in the face and sneak around a bit. It's been done. Just because it isn't a simple point and click, choose your own adventure game doesn't mean it has better gameplay.

Nobody cares about how shiny it is or how it's so detailed that you can actually see the snot in everyones nose! Even if I did care about graphics, I wouldn't care about TLOU! Why? Because the PS4 was right around on the corner! You should have released it on that in the first place! That way we'd at least having something to do with that machine besides staring at the menu. Besides I like my games to look more stylized anyway like Wind Waker.... and the TWD game. Makes them more ..... timeless....

The voice acting was a million times better...probably because they got to do it together and not alone in a booth reading out each option, without anyone to play off - as in TWD.
But Troy and Ashley did a phenomenal job. Im not much of a gamer...infact I hadnt played a game in YEARS until TWD. But after seeing all the rave reviews, and trailer for TLOU I had to give it a shot.
And I'm glad I did. Best game ever IMO.
Don't flame me, I love Lee and Clem. I love Kenny...but Joel and Ellie's story reached a whole other level

I like them both but the walking dead beats it at everything. Both storys are good but the walking deads story is just better and you get more emotionally attached to the characters.

I think TWAU is the second best game i ever played. TLOU comes in third.

Agree...two totally different game. Like asking someone to chose between pizza and ice cream!
