I just noticed..

In the scene where you find Sam, there is a box with a bunch of toys when Clem picks one out she finds a doll that looks like Bonnie and she says "This isn't food." Maybe this could foreshadow Bonnie being eaten by cannibals or some other manner like walkers.

Edit:
Thanks to ArthurMatrix's comment Clem actually says "Mmph, nothing edible."

  • Well they are going to a Terminus in episode 5 O>O

  • Yeah, so my prediction may be right. I have to play through Season 2 since my save file was deleted so I'll post if I see any more cannibalistic foreshadowing.

  • Maybe we have missed some things that appeared as minor things with no importance but are actually an act of foreshadowing?

  • The quote was ''Nothing Edible''.

Yes, i am an ass when it comes to quotes.

  • Yeah, I was playing through and I saw that doll and I was like "Hey! It's Bonnie!" Then Clem was all "That's not food." Maybe we might find more, like I was thinking how everyone was pointing out Clem looks like the girl on the cans is also foreshadowing.

  • Well yes, but that was meant to hint that Matthew was Walter's friend. With the fact that he had the same type of cans that Walter was making soup with.

  • The doll was from another game that TellTale made. Do your research before you make dumb accusations like that. "A doll foreshadows a death." Really? That is what you thought? This forum is full of non-thinkers.

I bet people didn't notice this on their play through on all that remains

    • When you are at the river with Pete and Nick, you have the option to get 3 quotes out of them as they examine the dead bodies.
    • Their is a wooden pallet you can examine before heading to the middle of the river.
    • There are 2 bodies u can examine to the side before you find your backpack.

When Carver comes, it will just show the selfie of Sarah sticking her tongue out when he holds up the picture that was never taken!
  • I didn't know about the wooden pallet, do you remember what Clem says?

  • What do you mean "a Terminus".

They're not going to the actual Terminus. In the achievements, it would have been a capital 'T'.

Also, I don't think they'd spoil such a big things in the achievements if they know it's going to be posted before hand.

If you try to save Shawn in S1E1 and you tell Hershel it's nobodies fault, he well say "Wait until it's your daughter and you need his (Kenny) help", this foreshadows Kenny's decision on whether to help you search for Clementine in S1E4.

Some people might not know that in S2E1, when Clementine sneaks out to get the stitching supplies, you can go talk to Alvin, it's a pretty lengthy dialogue but you can either plead him or threaten him to get the stitching supplies for you, he will also give Clementine a juice box. :p

Edit: In S1E1 Lee calls his brother a zombie.

  • So you're criticizing people for trying theorize foreshadowing and metaphors without offering ANY kind of alternative or explanation as to why you believe they're wrong, but *they're *the "non-thinkers"?

What kind of "research" do you need to theorize whether or not something is a metaphor, anyway? It's not like there's a list of pre-approved, designated items only allowed to be used as plot devices in fiction. Art doesn't have limitations like that, it's ridiculous to claim otherwise.

  • That's interesting. Could be a red herring, could mean something. Guess we'll see in the episodes to come.

"I wonder what that's doing there" something like that

  • Imma erase the comments which followed this one and would ask everyone not to reply to that again. Because, how do you pick up a discussion after that?

Is THIS supposed to be the path of thoughtful discussion, "awesomeguyrocks"? Seriously?
