Besides all of the obvious antagonists, I personally couldn't stand Becca. I also had my differences with S1 Kenny, but I wouldn't say that I hated him.

I don't hate anyone, I think. Not that I can think of anyway.
I disliked Kenny in S1 and I still dislike parts of him now, but I never hated him.
And I dislike all the weird hype around Luke. He's a nice, good-looking guy, yeah, now get over it.
I disliked Carver for being an asshole, especially after his 'you know you liked it' comment to Rebecca, but he was interesting and got what he deserved in the end, so I don't hate him.
The same with Troy. Got his dick shot off, so I'm satisfied.
I don't really hate any of the characters but some of them did leave a negative impression such as:
Larry - no matter what you did, he still disliked Lee
The Stranger - he was kind of a psychopath with the Walker head in his bag and all, I didn't like how he tricked Clementine into trusting him which is the main reasons Lee got bitten.
Carver - he forced Carlos to punish Sarah, he ruled his 'Community' with what seemed to have been scare tactics and acted as a 'nice guy', he bashed Kenny's face in and he forced the new group to live under him like they were his slaves.
Troy - he hit Clementine/Sarita (determinant), but Jane avenged Troy's victims
Also certain characters like Lilly and Kenny in the first Season can be real a-holes if you don't side with them.
ehhhh it's a bit of a stretch to say the Stranger caused Lee's death. I mean, if you're tracing it that far back you might as well say Carley/Doug caused Lee's death by giving Clem batteries, or Kenny caused his death by being the main proponent of stealing from the car.
I mean, the Stranger caused Lee's death as much as Kenny caused Doug's death, its very indirect.
I really hate 3 characters, because they got 3 of my favorite characters killed.

Well, The Stranger was the reason why Lee jumped over the fence and got bit by the Walker. If The Stranger didn't tell Clementine that he had her parents, then Clementine wouldn't have run away. I would say that he caused the death of Lee.
And what do you mean by Kenny caused Doug's death? Its nothing compared to each other. Its was mostly Ben and Lilly's fault. Ben was the reason Lilly became angry, and Doug told her to stop. Then Lilly tried to shoot Ben, but shot Doug instead. I mean, why even shoot Ben because he made a mistake? Kenny had nothing to do with Doug's death, but The Stranger had with Lee's.

No, I was actually hoping to see more of Becca and Shel in season 2. They were kind of like a foil to Lee and Clementine in that Becca was becoming the complete opposite of what Shel was trying to teach her. I would've liked to have seen that develop a bit further.
