Kenny knows cutting off the arm works as he saw Reggie with only one arm after he got bit
I'm sure he'd have a mixed reaction to the amputation. First, he'll remember how Lee turned out if you tried to cut it off. Then, he'll remember what Reggie said about having it cut off immediately would most likely save them. In the end, Kenny will probably be thankful for what she did for Sarita (if she lives).
According to his Voice Actor, if you cut off her arm he'll be typical ol Kenny.
That is to say,, he'll disagree with you and have a go at you.
I love kenny but if he starts ranting st clem and bringing how lee didnt survive im gonna give him the works and pour salt under his eye patch, I wont have that... no I wont...
Well I think Sarita will die either way but Kenny would be pissed at Clem if you make Clem cut off Sarita's arm.

If you did it- "If it didn't work with Lee then it won't work now!"
If you didn't- "Are you stupid? It worked with Reggie!"
I think it'll go like this no matter what:

"Clem, how could you just ignore her bite? Now she's turning into a walker because of you!" * Eyes crowbar *
I predict Lee will come up and maybe Clem will tell Kenny if he acted faster he could have saved Lee.
So now she is doing what he should have done.
Hopefully that's an option.
