One of my friends on Twitter posted a picture of one of the Telltale staff stating that the only reason they deleted the picture shortly after posting was because people were annoyed that it had a major spoiler in the picture.
So it was deleted from Twitter moments after uploading but he said it was available still on Tumblr and he is more than happy for us to discuss it

Agreed. The blood loss alone can kill her, but she's also surrounded by walkers. It really baffled me how so many people chose to chop off her arm.
