Just thought of this: maybe you meet this guy and then you reunite with Sarah who lost her glasses. Then at some point in the episode you have the choice to steal the glasses and give them to Sarah. If you steal them, this guy will die but if you don't steal them Sarah will die.
Nah, my sister works in social work, and deals with disabled people on a daily basis. Handicapped is not okay to say (i.e. not PC), as it implies that they have a rather detrimental disadvantage they cannot overcome.

Yeah, I kinda expected it because there is never been a leg-injured survivor (Uncle Pete didn't cut his leg) we only had arm ones, Lee, Reggie, Sarita. But maybe he/she will be one of the good characters that die soon (like Pete, Matthew, Walter and Reggie) so I personally think that he/she will die in the episode.
Sadly, some words have too much of an emotional baggage to be said, I don't get it personally because it's just a couple of letters in a specific order, but I respect people who do get offended by it.

It wouldn't surprise me if their brace had taken some damage in all those years. I assume even when you're not living in an apocalypse, those things wear down and need replacing every few years.
The English language is vast! If anything, it's an opportunity to expand your vocabulary and find new, non-offensive words to use in your everyday language. When I learn that a common word is actually offensive to a large amount of people, I try to see that as the benefit to myself. That I can make the effort to learn new things in it's place. Besides, you know, the benefit of just trying to not accidentally hurt people if I can help it.
