Did Episode 4 turn out to be good in your opinion?

  • This is my favorite episode so far,to be honest.Seeing people complaining about it makes me wonder if I really have low standards or not.

  • I might be wrong, but isn't there some kind of remorse in his voice as soon as he realises that there's a baby in the group?

I understand Rebecca's death because you can tell she was weak and kept falling down andshe was silent the whole robbery and you can hear walker groaning from her but arvo well he needs to get a map cause he cant tell from right or wrong.

  • Yeah it sounded like he didn't want rob them anymore but was forced too.

Loved the episode :D this one definitely had the vibe of the comics, but i wished both nick and sarah could have made it,tho.

  • I haven't played it yet, but it looks pretty good from what I've seen.

But these plot holes and lame things like 400 days character's "come back" on episode 3, they keep ruining the whole season :/

And Eddie, he doesn't appear in the episode, but he is in the episode slide... I mean wtf is he doing there, looking for weed or something?

  • Why the downvotes? It was good, really good. Everyone, from what it seemed like, thought that the episode was going to suck based off of what they saw in the leaked video yesterday. It wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed it. There were a few things that had me scratching my head. And plus, it's episode 4. I'm sure we want episode 5 to the best episode, thus why I said it wasn't the best. It better not be the best. That title better go to "No Going Back".

It was good. Sure, it wasn't the best, but it was good.

  • I loved it.

  • Yeah, this drive me nuts. Didn't rob him knowing that we'd run into his group. Very annoying that choices make no difference, might as well mash the keyboard. I was so pissed I just shot Rebecca hoping that Russians would kill us all.

I enjoyed this episode from beginning to end! Telltale did an amazing job, it was intense, interesting and fun. I still can't understand how we eagerly wait for the episodes to get released and then when we're finally able to play it we become so much critical over even the tiniest details. It was the same for an episode of TWAU, I played it and had a great time and when I came to the forum to see what people thought about it I saw several threads saying that it sucked, that it was a complete let down and that Telltale completely failed. It is so rare to find videogames that are so well written and where the story matters above everything else, and so far I've never felt let down by Telltale. Everytime I complete an episode I feel so many emotions because when I play I like to invest myself in the story and in the characters, you have to play with an open mind. Of course there may some things that could maybe have been done better but in the end the only thing that matters is the impact that the story had on us, if you spent a great time playing it and for me the answer is definetly yes! Maybe we would have wanted certain things to be done differently and that's okay, but it isn't us who are telling this story it's Telltale. Why not give them a chance and respect their work. I know that many people who disliked this episode have valid arguments to defend their opinion and I respect it, but sometimes some people seem to complain just for the sake of it. This episode is now my favorite one from season two, it was amazing and I really love how the story is evolving. Looking forward to episode 5!

  • I liked it I mean I don't like comparing episodes from S2 to S1 but it's really good my favorite in fact I like the season all together in S1 there were parts I didn't like but S2 has been good.

  • It's stuff like this that makes me wish I knew Russian so I could understand them.

  • I liked it more than A House Divded.

  • Do you take his revolver regardless? If so, you(or Jane in that case) did rob him. And not everyone is going to be grateful because you have been kinda nice to him and not stole everything.

  • It was alright. Probably around A House Divided standards.

  • Looks like George R.R. Martin wrote this episode...

  • Was far better than In Harm's Way. It now ties alongside A House Divided as my favourite episode of Season Two. I had my heart skip on choices more on this episode than any episode that came before. Some of those choices were really heavy.

If there is one annoyance I have it's that banner. Nothing about that banner happens in Episode 4. Granted Season One's were somewhat inaccurate at times too (like Duck being alive and well on the train or Kenny and Christa being with Lee in the sewers) but that is the one banner people were looking at for speculation (with the silhouettes with what looks like Eddie, Vince and the like) and it turned out to be completely meaningless. I wouldn't be as annoyed with it if they changed the banner (like they did in TWAU Ep 3) but right now, it's rather irritating. Especially with how badly treated the 400 Days characters bar Bonnie and Tavia have been this Season.

  • Maybe I am weird but I kinda like that something like Nicks death is just something that "happened" and then we move on. There wasnt really that much time to reflect on it and while is it not fulfilling and as dramatic but not everything has to be big.

And yeah, that Sarah dies either way makes sense to prove the point that Jane always talked about and you cant save everyone all the time, but yeah...it annoyed me a bit aswell.

  • It was amazing for me, I don't get all the hates. If you didn't play the episode yourself, I won't spoil. The best cliffhanger from Telltale so far.

  • This was my favorite episode of the entire season. The choices actually seemed to matter and there were hubs!

Actually them talking about eating the Raccoon made me hungry.. I did enjoy it a lot, they did a great part of making me disliking both Kenny and Luke. Honestly, I just want to see Bonnie, Mike, and Clementine make it.. Knowing Telltale, one of them is bound to die next episode..

Now we have a new terror... Juke!

(Which is still 1000x better than Cluke.)

  • Really good episode. :) I like it and I can't wait for a big finale.

  • Definitely. I left Sarah behind and I felt really, legitimately guilty. Also I almost died when I thought the baby was stillborn. The ending was good and I think Telltale listened to complaints about hubs and length. It was a definitely longer and the hubs, while not exactly big exploration places, where a step in the right direction.

  • I disagree that All that Remains is 10/10, it was frankly, a boring episode. A House Divided was magnificent, Harms way is like a 7.

Nick breckon writes good ones he writed 1 and 2 and those two where outstanding All that Remains = 10/10 A House Divided = 10/10 In

  • I liked it the most of the season so far, but that being said I still take any season 1 episode over it.

the only thing I found really weird is that Christa's baby is just erased from history. Clem's must have some serious mental blocking going on to forget she went trough a labour/baby siuation before.

  • I have to say that was amazing. amazing job telltale. fucking epic

  • DAMN! I just noticed its not double! BUT TRIPLE OR EVEN MORE! I don't know what to do im most likely about to be banned for spam.

  • It was a very nice episode. I loved all the death and tense moments, my most hated characters finally dies as well! The cliffhanger is gonna be the most painful thing in the series, even more painful than Season 1 Episode 4's.

  • I love it for the episode and the cliffhanger. I was wondering how they'd top season one's cliffhanger, and they may have.

  • A strong six.

  • This is my favorite episode of Season 2 by far. I am upset that we lost Sarah though.

  • Tell that to the Trial and Execution of Guybrush Threepwood haha

Telltale rarely does great 4th episodes lol wolf among us 4th episode got weak reception and even the 4th episode of walking dead seaso

  • I liked this Episode. Well, maybe not the ending. Hopefully Clementine will survive it without getting injured.

  • It was amazing. My favorite of the season.

  • I gotta say it was the best of this season. It had great character development, hubs (even though it wasn't the main thing) and a good plot. And I actually feel even more hyped without the preview. It's just my opinion, anyway.
