Who's Your Favorite Character?
As the title says, who's your favorite character in the game? Please, I'd like to know!
Also, I'd like it very much if you could post your favorite Season One character, your favorite 400 Days character, AND your favorite Season Two character! Have fun, and please, don't get in arguments. Seriously, be mature about it. Feel free to discuss, just don't argue, por favor.

Kenny, Luke sucks.
Clementine
Excluding Clem and Lee..
Season one: Either Omid or Molly
400 Days: Russell
Season two: Luke
Lee Everett, nuff said for me
Everyone will say Clem probably but anyways mine are.
Season 1: Kenny
400 days: Nate
Season 2: Nick
Lee, Nate, Mike
I agree with you on all accounts! Kenny has to be one of my favorites in both seasons, though I also love Nick as a character, and wish he hadn't died such a meaningless death. And, yes, I know Nate was kind of a psycho, but he seemed alright to me, made me chuckle a few times, and seemed pretty badass.
I agree with you liking Kenny, but I think Luke is an okay guy. He was nice to Clem when they first met her, and was pretty much the leader of the group, and he did pretty well in that sense. I think he's kind of an older brother figure to Clem, which she definitely needs.
Clementine is the most badass eleven-year old I've ever seen.
Hell yeah, I agree with you completely. LEE WAS AMAZING.
I'm gonna exclude Lee and Clem from this because, well, they're the protagonists.
Season 1? Kenny. He and I were bros, and I loved his character arc in the first Season. Obviously other people had a tumultuous or even outright hostile relationship with the guy, but in my game I knew I could count on him.
400 Days? Nate. The guy was hilarious. Not much else to say.
Season 2? Pete. For a minor character the guy really made an impression on me. He was a cool old man who reminded me in many ways of my dad. I wish he'd lived longer. I got choked up when he died in A House Divided.
Honorable mention? Nick. The kid's related to Pete so there ain't much to hate about him.
I definitely agree with you.
Kenny has to be my favorite character from both seasons, because he has a very realistic character, as well as being someone I just plain love. I definitely feel sorry for him because the loss of his family, his best friend, and his girlfriend, and though he can be impulsive and rude at times, he tries to do what's in the groups best interest, or at least what he believes is what the group needs.
Nate was pretty hilarious, and not a bad character. I mean, yeah, I'm sure most people believe him to be quite insane, but I think, like he said, people cope with things in different ways. And, after all, what he's doing is trying to survive. That's his main goal.
Pete was actually a favorite of mine, as well. He seemed like a great guy, a cool old man, like you said. I wonder how things might've gone if he hadn't died, wonder if he could've kept Nick in line more, kept the group going, fueled everyone and all that. He might have been able to affect decisions made and settle arguments and things like that, keeping the group at peace. I feel like he kind of would have been a father to everyone, putting them in their place but not rudely so, just being real with everyone, but not criticizing them or anything like that. I also like Nick a lot, as well.
Lee, Bonnie and Mike
well apart from Lee and Clementine, do like both.....
series 1: Doug
400 days: Vince
series 2: Luke
Pete was held in high regard by the cabin group, and I bet he would do better than most at calming Kenny down whenever he started going off. I suppose having no conflict wouldn't be as fun though, so Pete had to go. Still, I wish he could have held on just a little longer. I kind of wanted to see how he and Kenny would interact.
RIP Pete. Fallen, But Never Forsaken.
I definitely agree! I feel like he could've gotten Kenny to at least stop yelling, even if he wouldn't see reason, and the two of them might've become good friends. It seemed like they might, but you're right, no conflict would be a bit boring.
YES. RIP Pete. Fallen, But Never Forsaken.
Nuff said.
Ben in season one and Nick in season two.
Out of the remaining characters? Mike. It's a shame he'll probably be dead at the beginning of this last episode unless there's some dumb twist like "they were just shooting at zombies, silly! XD"
Yeah, it's definitely a shame. He was a great guy (if he's dead, then the was applies. If not, it's is a great guy.
Excluding Lee, Clementine, Luke and Kenny.
Season 1: Molly, Lilly, Christa.
400 Days: Shel, Becca, Nate.
Season 2: NICKNICKNICKNICKNICK, Carver.
Christa. Even though I don't talk much about her, it's only because there's a lot going on that doesn't really involve her.
She's definitely my favorite character of the entire series: I think she is really well-written and relatable; she's a strong, level-headed woman that has been through an awful lot of emotional pain but still has that inner flame which keeps her moving. She may be distrustful of strangers, which can be a bad trait but is usually good in this world. She deeply cares about those who are close to her, and can even become overprotective toward them sometimes.
For each story, my personal favorites' order is as follows:
Season 1: Christa, Lee, Clementine, Katjaa, Chuck, Omid, Molly.
400 days: Shel and Bonnie.
Season 2 (up until Amid the ruins): Christa, Clementine, Luke, Pete, Bonnie, Nick, Mike, Walter.
I know I've said Luke is rather unpleasant in Amid the Ruins, but I mean it when I say I still like him more than any other original character from season 2.
And here's my top 10, from 101 to 204:
1)Christa
2)Clementine
3)Lee
4)Katjaa
5)Luke
6)Shel
7)Chuck
8)Omid
9)Pete
10)Bonnie
Well, since Lee and Clem is a given, I will choose others:
Season 1: Kenny. The guy had been through so much and I was there for him, and he was there for me.
400 Days: Eddie. Such a funny guy. I hope he returns in coming episodes.
Season 2: Pete. He was a legend. He was the one who believed Clem when no else seemed to at first.
.
Season 1: Lee, Clem, Kenny, Omid, and Christa
400 Days: Nate and Eddie(Bonnie?)
Season 2: Luke, Nick, Mike, and Jane(Bonnie again?)
Excluding Clem and Lee..
1.Kenny
2.Nate
3.Uncle Pete
4.Jane
5.Nick and Mike
Season 1 Top 3 -
1. Clementine/Lee (They're a package )
2. Kenny
3. Omid
Season 2 Top 3 -
1. Clementine
2. Kenny
3. Luke
Overall Top 3 -
1. Clementine/Lee
2. Kenny/Omid
3. Luke.
Excluding Clem and Lee
Season 1: Chuck! He was a wise old man and saved Clem's life! If it wasn't for him we wouldn't taught her how to use a gun or cut her hair. Also when Ben ran away in the streets of Savannah Chuck came to the rescue!
400 days: Wyatt, he was serious at time, but he did engage Eddie whom I almost heavily enjoyed.
Season 2: Uhhh...Mike! He's the only one I never worried about! I worry heavily about Kenny, a bit about Luke after episode 4...the others I figured were hopeless when I realized their weaknesses that or they were assholes Clem at one point in time. (By the way, Pete's weakness was not taking charge of his group despite being the most capable survivor)
Clem and Lee are a given.
Season 1: Carley. (The fact I liked a determinant character so much makes me sad seeing how they handle them now.)
400 Days: Bonnie (This was before she popped up in Season 2. Lobster Claws forever.)
Season 2: Tied for Nick and Rebecca.
Haha, yeah. I really like Kenny as a character, not only because he and Lee were such buds (in my gameplay) but he also seems like a very realistic character, and just an all-around great guy, loyal to the end (well, sometimes )
Eddie was hilarious, and I really hope he returns as well.
I actually really like Pete, even though he was only a minor character. It's true, he believed in Clem when no one else did, and I really wish he hadn't died. I feel like with Pete around, things would've gone a whole lot smoother, because he seems like he would be the one solving all of the problems and keeping people in line.
I AGREE WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE.
UNCLE PETE WHY YOU DO DIS. WHY YOU DIE. And, yes. Kenny is amazing, Nate is hilarious, Jane is extraordinarily strong, Nick I can relate to, and Mike is awesome.
"It's Lee." - Lee Everett
I KNOW WHY COULDN'T WE HAVE HAD THE OPTION TO CUT OFF UNCLE PETE'S LEG FOR HIM, I WOULD'VE GLADLY DONE IT TO SAVE HIM. IT'S NOT FAIR. D':
I KNOW, I WOULD'VE TO. HE COULD'VE BEEN SUCH A MEDIATOR TO ALL OF THE GROUPS PROBLEMS, TOO, BEING SORT OF LIKE THE FATHER OF THE GROUP AND KEEPING PEOPLE IN LINE. MAYBE HE MIGHT'VE HELPED KENNY KEEP A CLEAR HEAD A BIT MORE, SO PEOPLE WOULDN'T HATE KEN AS MUCH. SERIOUSLY. PETE WOULD'VE SOLVED ALL THE PROBLEMS.
THIS. ALL OF THIS. I BET HE WOULD'VE DEFUSED ALL THE ARGUMENTS BETWEEN KENNY AND LUKE, AND STOOD UP FOR CLEM WHEN ONE OF THEM WOULD GET MAD AT HER FOR TAKING SIDES. HE SO COULD'VE KEPT KENNY CALM CUZ THEY WOULD BE REDNECK BRO'S. UNCLE PETE IS THE SOLUTION TO ALL THE PROBLEMS.
Season 1 - Lee, Clem, Kenny
400 Days - Eddie, Nate
Season 2 - Clem, Kenny, Luke, Carver
That terrifying profile picture. Dat is some scary shit.
And, I agree with all of the above, minus Carver, because I just didn't like him because of what he did to the group. I don't hate him, like despise him, but I'm not sure I exactly like him (well, liked, seeing as he's dead) either.
EXACTLY. BUT NO, TELLTALE WANTS SO MUCH CONFLICT THAT THEY JUST HAD TO KILL OFF PETE. COME ON. MAKE PEOPLE'S LIVES EASIER FOR A CHANGE. AND YES, KENNY AND PETE WOULD PROBABLY HAVE BECOME BEST BUDS. REDNECK BROS BEFORE ZOMBIE HOES.
It should be more like top 8 since we know who'll take the top 2 spots on most of our lists.
s 1- carly
400-shell
s2- rebbeca only because she had more stuff going on. like a baby.
