Kenny. That guy is really cool. I mean, Kenny sometimes says such a bullshit, but then he can apologize or something else. So, just look at Kenny. This guy has gone through everything. Duck, Katja, Sarita and he still not broken!
Overall: Chuck. He's simply the best person we've met. Shows up, befriends everyone, gives all the kids candy, tells Lee how to get his shit together, lets them drink his booze, sacrifices himself saving Clem's life.
Season 1: Definitely Chuck. Or Charles, because I am fancy. He was a nice old guy and I liked his personality. He knew what he was talking about and he was level-headed. And it was cool to see him fight walkers with a shovel like a badass.
400 Days: It's a hard choice...but it will probably be Nate. Sure he was a complete psycho, but he was a fun character.
As for season 2: Bonnie! I love Bonnie, she is such a nice lady. I never thought she was one of the "badguys" when the events of episode 2 ended. She also feels very...human to me. Realistic I think. I'm expecting her to die next episode though :c
Honourable mentions to Sarita, Kenny, Molly, Walter, Jane, and the Stranger. There are a lot of good characters.

Omid & Christa (Started off really not liking Omid but now he's one of my favourite characters). How do you stay so happy and serene in such a situation? Om-Id? I liked Charles too although too many MST3K moments with him.
Season 2 : Jane .She was really cute and really strong. I really wish she'd stayed. I hope she shows up in the final episode of Season 2 since she wasn't really in it long enough to make a meaningful comeback in a later series and I basically just want her back. It's not like they couldn't bring her back in a later series (I'd be all for that) it's just it might seem so blah as to be anti-climactic (you know, like: "Hey! it's Chet!", or "Hey it's the cop that drove Lee and Clementine to the Hershel Farm!"
400 days: Bonnie (just because I really like the character, she seems to have a real vulnerability and innocence); Russel because the Russel I played just instantly tried to shoot Nate at the first available opportunity (I was basically looking for the option before it even appeared and it was the first thought in my head when it seemed like I might be able to get the gun, my only regret is it wasn't loaded).
Other than that Lee is awesome but he's the player character so I wasn't really counting him.
