What anime/manga do you watch/read?
I absolutely love Elfen Lied. It's the best anime I've watched so far!
What about your favorite ones?

Naruto, Dragon Ball, Pokémon, MAR, Fairy Tail, Black Butler etc.
Not a huge Anime fan, but like most "Muricans" I grew up watching Pokemon and DB/DBZ. Don't care about Pokemon anymore, but still love watching DBZ. Watched the whole series 3 times.
Attack on titan is starting to draw my interest.
Not any really the only anime I watched was Yugioh, Yugioh GX, and Yugioh 5ds. Stopped after 5ds because zexal is kind of boring and childish.
I heard Attack on Titan is really good. Gotta have to check it out.
I am not big into anime but I do like some.
I really enjoy Naruto but I've also seen vampire knight, Monster, yugioh GX.
If you thought Zexal was bad, Arc V is about 3x worse. Seriously. Google it. Watch the first episode. I bet you won't make it to the end.
Yeah, Yugioh has gotten to a point where it's just a childs show. My favorite Yugioh was zexal and they didn't even finished the dub >_>
Yugioh GX was the best Yugioh in my opinion. I was pissed when they didn't finish dubbing it.
I'm not sure if it counts as "anime" since it wasn't made in Japan, but I've watched all of Avatar: The Last Airbender a couple of times now. The show never bores me. I've actually been watching Legend of Korra lately, it's not as good as Aang's story, but still entertaining.
That's about as far as I've been when it comes to anime, I always wanted to watch One Piece but it would take an eternity to catch up.
agreed but the studio lost the rights I think. but every time I watch to the end of the dub it leaves you with a unfinished feeling.
Ya I don't see why they couldn't have atleast dubbed the last episode of the season, so we could have a happy ending.
yes but if they did they would be doing without permission of the original owners and be get blast with copyright. I am not saying that I wish they didn't, I'm saying I understand why they didn't.
I meant back when they had the rights they should've done the last episode of that season.
I agree. but I don't think they could one of teams making the dub got getting sued for money, I don't think they had a chance.
look jamesdalton I agree that I wish they did, I am just looking why they didn't logically that's all.
Wait. Why do you watch it eng dubbed? Best dubbing is almost always the official one - japanese.
I LOVE Avatar: The Last Airbender! I've re-watched the whole series so many times. Legend of Korra isn't as good as I thought it was, but season 2 got better.
I like Attack on Titan and have read/watched Death Note till a certain point.
look I agree that most of voices are better in the Japanese version, but the thing is I don't get the 100% what they are saying. and its not that I'm not good at subtitles. its because I don't get all the mannerisms. so I end up watching English dub, there no point reading a book when you only get some of the story.
The only Anime I watch is Attack on Titan. @AWESOMEO got me into it.
I'm glad you like it
If you want to watch another brilliant anime, try Death Note.
I've actually recently gotten back into watching anime. Well I'm watching....
Full Moon - I've read the manga a few years back so I wanted to try the anime. Episodes watched - 30/52
Gantz - I have no words for this series besides everyone in this series sucks! Episodes watched - 10/26
Hell Girl - It's like death note but it's not. Episodes watched - 13/26
Tokyo Ghoul ongoing - New anime that's fantastic it's kind of like deadman wonderland. Episodes watched - 7/12
Zankyou no Terror ongoing - It's like death note but the main characters are alien bomb terrorists. Episodes watched - 4/12
I'm currently following the Naruto Manga and Anime. I need to start reading the Soul Eater manga more since the anime only ran from 2008 - 2009.
I don't watch any Anime or read any Manga.
Unless you count The Legend of Korra as Anime, I watch that but I've been told that isn't anime.
Cowboy Bebop is all anything could hope to be.
Death Note? Wat's dat?
Just watch it
I read DN manga. Didn't get to anime yet.
Link?
Just search it on Google xDD
I don't watch anime at all, so I'll recommend only some mangas that in my opinion are worth reading.
Each of them is typical crime manga with elements of horror. Especially Another, Judge and Doubt in which the culprit is not revealed in the beginning. If you want to use your gray cells to figure out who kills, then you can't find better mangas.
Please remember that only Death Note and Another have their anime adaptations.
Another got so fucking crazy at the end! It felt like I was watching a completly different series.
SAMURAI CHAMPLOO
Attack on Titan, Sword Art Online, Darker Than Black, Hellsing Ultimate, Stein's Gate, and I'm gonna start watching Psycho-Pass.
Anime Movies: Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Perfect Blue, Grave of the Fireflies, Every Hayao Miyazaki Movie, Wolf Children, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.
Yes, I agree. This comic at the end was complete slaughter, but I value it for quite unexpected ending and identify of "The Dead One". c:
Have you heard that there will be continuation of Another? I can't wait to read it in form of a novel or manga. : D
Oh really? I'm not sure how the story can keep going after that ending but I'll look into it. Thanks for the info.
If you want to watch another animated movie I highly recommend Arashi no yoru ni (Name translates to One stormy night in english)
Thanks. I'll check it out. Sounds interesting.
Manga Another is based on novel named the same way. Its author has written its continuation in 2013. Also I've recently heard that there is going to be 'Another 2' but I don't know if it's based on the novel. I hope it is. I've liked Mei and Kouichi.
It depends on whether you define anime as any animation from Japan, or if you view it as a style. If it's the latter, than both generations of Avatar definitely fit the bill. I like both Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra (although I just found out today that Book Three had already been airing for several weeks. I'll have to catch up via the Nick app on XBLA.
As for anime produced in Japan, I was really into Ranma 1/2 when I was younger, and my friend got me into Initial D. I haven't watched any Japanese produced anime in a long time though.
Naruto, Bleach, Dragon Ball(all three parts), Kill La Kill, Another, Full Metal Alchemist, Elfen Lied, Guilty Crown, Attack on Titan, Sword Art Online, Spirited Away, Inyuyasha and Eureka 7.
