This is the stupidest thing in the world to get mad at. You know how easy it is to create a private forum on the internet. It takes literally 5 minutes.

I agree with you 100%. Instead of acting the way they did, they should have opened up their own forum. It's not that hard. Like you said, it takes 5 Minutes MAX. I did that a couple of times for my university or my comic book club.
However, nothing that FotDL did justifies Users sending Death Threats (like Milkshake apparently did). Both sides did very extreme things. It's time that the people who acted out of line apologize to each other so we can start over and be friendly again.
