Who decided to leave Lee behind in Season 1?

I left Lee behind for the fact that I felt bad for him.

  • I did. I couldn't ask Clem to do that. Just like i couldn't ask Kenny to kill Duck. Lee took the burden on himself because...that was the Lee I played. Clem's followed suit, though hopefully I've saved enough of her innocence to endure the last episode.

I'm sticking with my Lee's choices.

  • I agree with you on several terms. The fact that making Clem shoot him 1. isn't right 2. would kill the last hope she ever had left and 3. Would probably kill every last drop of humanity in her considering how close Clem and Lee were at the end of Season 1.

  • I had her shoot him, felt right in the moment.

  • I had her shoot Lee. It was the last thing Master Lee could teach his young grasshopper

  • I let Clem leave him because I didn't want her to have to kill the guy who had been like a father to her, especially after she'd just seen her real parents outside as walkers.

  • I figured that if Lee could convince Clementine that it's okay to leave him she'd also have a slightly less of a hard time accepting that her parents are still walking around out there somewhere as zombies.

  • I agree with your actions fully.

  • I thought about that but as I kept thinking, I found that it would just make matters worse considering the fact that Lee was like a father to Clem. So seeing her parents as walkers and then seeing Lee die and become one of the walkers would break her in my opinion, considering the fact of all that she went through.

  • I asked her to kill Lee..Even if it was hard for clementine, she was doing the right thing. "Please Lee.Dont become one of them!Dont become a walker!"

  • I actually couldn't decide on my first play through so I unintentionally let the timer run out. Clem decided on her own to just leave. I really think that's the most humane thing really, letting her make the choice on her own either way.

  • I see where you are coming from. Nice job on quoting what she said by the way.

  • Actually, I never thought of it that way.

  • When Lee says "It won't be me" I just add "and those weren't your parents out there" in my head. Give the little girl some closure.

  • I left Lee. Clementine doesn't need extra trauma or to become a killer.

  • I shot him... Don't want to see him as a walker.

  • Personally, I wouldn't want to either but I didn't want Clem to have to deal with that kind of stuff in her life.

I shot him... Don't want to see him as a walker.
