No, there is no good reason to believe they are brothers. They could be, but I doubt it. They're both asian, but they come from a fairly goo… mored sized town, there are probably a few asian families. And Glenn never mentions having a brother. He lasts a long, long time in the comics, you think he would have mentioned him at some point, especially to Maggie. Also, Glenn's only legal trouble was that he would sometimes steal cars when he couldn't make rent some months. It hardly seems like something that would have to escalate to Vince having to murder someone to protect him..

This theory isn't as stupid as some people think. Their backstories line up closely enough for it to be totally possible, they'd just have t… moreo fill in some of the blanks (the true extent of Glenn's money problems, why he never talks about Vince ect.) It's all a question of whether or not Telltale and Kirkman want to go this route, which I doubt they will since there's no practical reason to do so
