I understand your problems, im liked by my girl friends but they only like me as friends. I learned from something, dont ask friends out. Im asking out this girl because she seems nice and sweet but if you become friends with a girl, youre trapped there. Thats why im asking out someone I have a basic understanding about.

I think the best would be for you to invite her to go out, then you can know each other better, but I could be wrong.
Try and ask her when she's alone. Might be a bit embarrassing for you both if your surrounded by your mates.
