The shoot Kenny option we're given after him killing Jane is the most heartless thing we can make our Clem do. It makes no sense other than to show even a little girl can be provoked to murder just like Kenny was. Shooting Jane after finding AJ would've made more sense.

I shot him on my first play through (dont ask me why, this game just frazzled my brain for some reason) then felt instant regret, rewinded and left wellington with him.
I watched someone play it on a live stream the night it came out, (I had a Xbox 360 so I had to wait an extra two days or day to play myself) and they shot Kenny. I remember going to bed at 4:00 AM and being too tired to cry. Honestly, the only way I can rationalize doing that choice myself of killing Kenny, it thinking that Kenny will be with Katjaa, Duck, Lee, Sarita, and everyone else in heaven. When I came home after my college classes and watched the Kenny endings online, and knew I couldn't just give up on Kenny, not just yet.

in my eyes, kenny dying was the best thing for him. he was crazy, just like jane. in the end, i think the best thing for clem would be for them to both die, they're... not safe to be around. but she's a little girl, and i trust jane that little bit more.

For some reason I can't bring myself to watch the whole video of Kenny's death... gets me too depressed..
