Who moved Lily' head?
This might seem like a really easy question and I can expect most of you will probably say 'Nerissa' did it because she was the one who left ''Faith's" head at The Woodlands doorstep.
However, if you play the game again and pay more attention; you'll realize it was very unlikely that Nerissa moved Lily's head as well; at least that's what I think.
At the end of the game, Nerissa admits to placing Faith's head at Bigby's doorstep, she also mentions 'Faith' being killed "that night at the club" in front of her but she doesn't mention the same thing about Lily. The way it appears, Lily was NOT killed at the club but at the motel and the door was also locked so Nerissa couldn't have moved Lily's head.
Also, in episode 3 (in the funeral) when Nerissa aproaches you and asks you how things went at The Open Arms, if you say "Lily was killed there..." she will say "Oh" like she didn't know about it; but if you respond with something other than that like "Crane had a room there" Nerissa will just sadly look away and Bigby will say "You already knew that right" and in response, she will nod.

good points nooshamel. umm well if I remember right Lilly's body was thrown in the water in episode 3 or something. It scread TJ who comments that the body didn't have a head was falling into the darkness. As for Lilly's head the was no comment where Bigby or Snow find it. However we know it was Georgie who throw Lilly's body into the river cause he said the "stop laughing at me" comment that TJ heard, and you can hear him saying it again at the end of ep4 if you have Bigby listening at the crooked man's door. Georgie could unlocked the door after Crane has left he runs the Pudding n Pie, he would have the keys. But who was taking the photos that shown Crane and Lilly together was not explained. Well If we go with it was Georgie who moved Lilly's head we don't know why, Nerissa left what we throught was Faith's head on Bigby's doorstep to point them in the direction of the Crooked man and Georgie. Georgie, I don't know if he was sending a message or not he was trying to get rid of the body.
You've got me thinking now... Was it the Crooked Man who was laughing at Georgie then do you think at the river?(I would have thought he was too clever to actually go himself) Or one of the other goons? Or was he talking to himself....
It was probably Jersey. Replay the 4th episode and listen to what they're saying behind CM's door. This is what you'll hear:
Georgie: "...stop laughin' at me..."
Jersey:" Oh yeah, well make me!"
no it won't be the crooked man, he would have stayed out of it. he could have ordered one of his guys to rid of Lilly's body. As for the line that Georgie said, "stop laughing at me.". when I played the 2nd episode I thought the killer might have schizophrenia. but I think it was just two people talking. It could be dum or dee that were laughing. as shown in ep4 everyone who worked for the crooked man turn against Georgie so yeah I can picture anyone of them laughing at him. Lilly's body would have dead weight so I don't think one fairytale character could carrie the body. not everone is as strong as the bigby.
