They were both messed up. But, something about the Terminus cannibals... just... spooky. I think it was the fact they were so... calculated about it. Like when the main guy walked in and started writing down shell count while the butchers were slitting throats.
oh yea terminus are probably more sick i just get that feeling from what we saw in the finale and premiere also we aren't done with them yet they are gonna be taking the role of the hunters i'm pretty sure and they are gonna be stalking the group for a while

But if we're really doing this...then...I'd say the St. Johns. They kept their victims alive as long as possible while chopping off only some parts, maiming them in all kinds of ways, seen in all the medical supplies and waste in the cupboard. At least the Terminus folks killed the people after knocking them out first. St.John's victims are forced to shift in and out of consciousness as different body parts are taken each time they wake up. The Terminus people killed their victims quickly after knocking them out, making it not as bad.
Mark was chopped in half, he was forced to stay alive as he lost both his legs. It's just sickening.

I'd say Terminus Survivors, atleast the St.Johns TRIED to be friends with the group while the Terminus Survivors just flat out wanted to kill them.
