Should I play this game?

in Tales from the Borderlands

Hi, guys. I have some questions about this game. First: should i actually play this game? The thing is, that i don't know anything about this universe, i haven't played any borderlands game. Second: are there any crazy plot twists? When i played TWAU, i also didn't know anything about fables, but i just loved it because of crazy ending of the first episode, so i wonder if there any plot twists in TFTBL.

    Welp, I never played any Borderlands. Didn't know about the lore either. But I enjoyed it a lot. You should play it. And about plot twists... I am not sure.

    Is this your first Telltale game?

    Seriously it's an interactive movie, it's a great game and if you don't like it don't go tell other people it's bad for a slight issue....It is a slight issue, NOT major.

    Yes, it is an amazing game. You might not get some Easter Eggs/references to the past Borderlands game, but for the majority of it you will understand it.

    Highly recommend it, its amazing.

    One of the best compliment that I can give this game, that is that once I finished the first episode, I was smiling, satisfied and overall feeling positive. Considering the darkness from the Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us, this is truly refreshing. You should give it a try. :D

    1. Depends on what you're looking for. If you want it to be a drama like The Walking Dead or a detective like The Wolf Among Us then this game isn't meant for you. However, if you want to try out a funny comedy-action adventure with lots of dark humor then Tales from the Borderlands is the perfect choice.
    2. Don't worry about the Borderlands universe. Of course it's good to know about but it's not essential at all. You don't have to know anything about Borderlands to enjoy this game.
    3. Sure, there are a couple of plot twist but not as much as in TWAU or TWD.
