i really liked Vaughn. Handsome Jack was great too. Can't wait to see what they have planned with these two.
Does Zero look the same in both games other than in these pictures? I have not played any other Borderlands games.

Definitely Rhys' poster. I was expecting him to be some cool badass, but then this happenend...

I do not recall Sasha holding a gun in her poster. Maybe that depends on how you handle Tector. Anyhow, I like Rhys and Zer0's posters the best.
Yep if you have Fiona pull her gun on him you will get that one.
Shade's is probably my favorite. I can't dislike the guy, even when he scares the crap out of me.

Yeah. Well kind of. In his default appearance yes, but since he's a playable Vault Hunter you can customise how he looks.
Vasquez. Its the only one that describes their character perfectly imo
Grease Face. He has a greasy face.
Bossanova. Can't help but be proud of how he came together.
I love Shade's poster and i love his character. He is probably my second favorite character.
