Did you notice Rhys's ***?
When you first see Rhys kidnapped by that stranger and then joins up with Fiona, his left eye is orange colored, however when you play as Rhys, his left eye is blue.
I wonder something happened to his eye in a later episode or it is just a glitch.

I feel like everyone mentions his eye and never his arm
I made a thread about both his eye and arm before...Sadly it was lost in the great archives.
Never really took a closer look at the arm, maybe Rhys is evolving?

Rhys probably upgraded both his eye and arm before he went looking for Fiona...for some reason.
Probably to get rid of that Hansom Jack virus he got.

Well, the arm and his outfit look nicer. And it is still Hyperion. I think Rhys Fiona Sasha Vaughn are gonna get along, do crazy stuff together blah blah, then opportunity presents itself - Rhys gonna get back to Hyperion, because somehow he'll become useful to them again. Hence new arm, new eye, new clothes. He's happy (at least he thinks so). Fiona's pissed. And then he's like - "Jesus, I'm a corporate douche". Gets back to Pandora, tries to find Fiona, and here goes the beginning of the game.

My guess is something probably happens to it in a later episode (probably Ep. 4 or 5).
It looks like an upgrade though.
Rhys is rebuilding himself so that he can become the next Six Million Dollar Man.

Seems so. After all, the 'ghost' of him is technically inside Rhys's mind now.
I noticed the eye thing also immediately... but then it was constant... so not that bad.
I was thinking it has to do with him finding some atlas tech at some point. Altas stuff is usually orange so idk maybe he finds something that uprgrades his cyborg abilities.
