So.......I'm guessing the first half was the weakest part?
The only harsh criticism I've seen around with some critics and others is that the first half was the weakest part of the episode, it was a bit slow, but I don't know, I thought it was great from start to finish, maybe I just have a fond appreciation for Troy Baker as a voice actor, or I'm a sucker for the over the top and chaotic setting, but am I missing something here?

It was a good set up to understand the gameplay and the universe. I thought it was slow, but it got way better as the episode went on.
Yeah, I personally thought it did a better job in setting up its universe than Wolf Among Us.
I actually loved the first half. Because it had some of Rhys best dialogue.
Since Rhys is my favorite character, I actually loved the first half.
For me it started getting REALLY good as soon as the intro kicked in (Which is about after the first 20 minutes)
Same here. I thought everything up on Helios was a bit slow, but as soon as we got down to Pandora things just kept getting better and better!
I think it just doesn't look as good in comparison to the second half, and it's still really good. On its own it's great.
It was kind of slow and boring until the opening credits. The rest was just fantastic
I was onboard after meeting Patrick Warburton (Vasquez). The rest of the scenes on Helios were a little slow, but it didn't take long to end up on Pandora. Once the title came up, everything was pretty fast-paced and fun for the rest of the game. I'm not really sure where the complaint about the first half is coming from.
I never thought anything was slow in that episode
Nothing was weak in this episode imo. It brought me straight to the universe/story and I loved it.
