Anyone else think Fiona is kind of a jerk?
Even if you play her as being nice, she's still a huge jerk at times. Like the part where they try to throw Rhys out of the moving caravan and she points the gun at Vaughn's head. I mean seriously? You can't just stop the car and kick em out? You HAVE to kill them? I mean i get that they hate Hyperion but that just seems a little too cruel, especially since the player has no input on how Fiona acts in that scene. I guess you could argue that that scene was being told from Rhys's perspective and that he was making her look alot worse than she really was but she still ends up looking like a jerk even if Rhys is exaggerating things. Then there's the part where the psycho threatens to eat Vaughn's eyes out and Fiona is like "oh we don't need you, Felix can totally hack the case!". She only helps him AFTER Vaughn mentions that there's a bomb and that he can disable it. Atleast Rhys only acts like a jerk if you make him act that way. With Fiona, you don't always have that level of control...

Seriously though, it's kind of difficult to grow up in that kind of environment and not be a jerk. If anything there are just varying shades of jerk, and on the scale of things Fiona is practically a saint.
It's kind of the whole premise of Borderlands - there are no good guys, just 'less-bad' guys.
If you live on Pandora....you kinda have to be a jerk sometimes.
Well she lives on Pandora so if you think about it compared to most of the people on Pandora she is REALLY NICE lol but she is also a con artist so that's also a reason

Also, try and play Borderlands and take a drink for every jerk you encounter. Even the nicest character possible on Borderlands 2 kills someone.

Handsome Jack knows his shit in Pandora.
It's like playing as Bigby - he's a natural prick but you can play them on the level of prickness you want them to be. Plus, she grew up on Pandora, so that's sorta expected.
I like her, just not as much as Rhys :P

That's how criminals act. She's actually pretty nice as far as Pandora's people go.
Not to mention Rhys is implied to have done some unpleasant things off-screen, just like his hero Jack.

I think that the whole thing was to intimidate the hyperion guys so they gave up something useful, remember that the gun might even be empty depending on the choice to use it earlier, if your on Pandora you can't show weakness.

That's mostly the only thing you'll find in Pandora, jerks, bandits, crazy people, selfish people, and very rarely someone good
well i thought so i mean con artist trick people to get what they want and that's being a jerk so that's why i seen it as another reason why people could see her as a jerk but i don't see her as a jerk i see her like every other person on Pandora

All of the lead characters are pretty crooked in their own way. Fiona's been harsh, but we never did see the nightmare-inducing things that Rhys had done for his promotion.
Bigby is a HUGE prick in the comics.
