Expectations for Episode 2

What do you expect to see in the second episode of TFTB ? For example, I really hope to see another Vault Hunter in action and I hope Telltale will keep up the good work of combining storytelling and joking.

Comments

  • Another Vault Hunter, more awesome jokes, a riveting story as always, and another 2 hour episode.

  • That be as funny as the first one; Good jokes, like the first one.
Good character development, like the first one.

    That's all.

  • Pretty sure they're going to Sanctuary. We know we're gonna see Springs, as well as possibly Athena. Probably we'll see everyone who is at Sanctuary (Vault Hunters, Tannis, Claptrap, Moxxi, Marcus, etc.)

  • My only expectation is that it's as good as the first if not better

  • More backstory on Rhys' relationship with Vaughn, more of Patrick Warburton, some goofy dialogue for me to mess around with, a 2 hour length, new opportunities to show off Fiona's kleptomaniacal suaveness, several different chances to use money to help progress the story, a couple of chances to use the bullet (for the playthrough in which I didn't use it) and an ending that doesn't infuriate me with a cliffhanger. Ep 1 wrapped almost everything up quite nicely, I feel.

  • Same atmosphere, fun, and comedy we got in the 1st episode but I'd like to see a little more Fiona development and awesome Rhys moments.

  • Why?

    90 minutes please

  • if its as good as EP1 I will be happy

  • I want the quality to carry over from episode to episode that's about it!

  • I'm hoping for more choices about using gear, what to sell, what to keep, what to use to protect Rhys' son, Loader Bot, Vaughn, and Sasha. We're probably gonna get some of that, but I say the more the better(as long as there is still variety in choice so it's not only about loot). I\m also hoping for us to go to Sancutary and interact with other Vault Hunters while either getting their attention and help, or keeping discreet about the Gortys project. Keep in mind Zer0 is looking for it, so we'll meet again at least you emoji-nija bastard!

What I'm expecting is a choice where we sell one, both, or none of the items Sasha and Vaughn picked up near the end. Iunno who would sell the Atlas Silver for the Retro Atlasium, but Vaughn may be able to convince me why not to sell it if he gets attached.

What choices do yall think will be in the game?

  • He was looking for a Gortys core, and that's probably what we picked up in the end of the first episode.

We will see more of him.

  • Vasquez(Warbuton) will probably have his spot-light in the third episode. Atlas Mugged, I think it's called. He has the camera(Rhys) at gunpoint in the led-up to it, so guessing he's either gonna die, a different side character will die, or you will make a deal with him.

  • this isn't trolling. I'm stating my expectations. Some people won't be able to finish a whole 2 hour episode due to work and real life. Plus it's in their contract to have 90 minute episodes. The only reason this episode was 2 hours was to introduce us to the world and characters. They did a great job and now can do the 90 minute episode again.

I have no issue with the 2 hour episodes, but it must be like this. 90 minutes as they agreed.

  • 90 minutes as they agreed.

    Proof?

Because as I remember ...Looking in the TTG FAQ...It says 2 hours...Hmm... Rosemary count with me... 2.

  • How long is each episode?

It varies by player, but most people finish an episode in around 2 hours.

what FAQ? And after playing episode 2 you'll get your proof of 90 minutes, so lets count...3.

As they agreed? If that were true then this episode would have been 90 minutes, but it wasn't, it was 2 hours, and if you're saying it was just to introduce the world and characters, then why was Wolf Among Us episode 1, 90 minutes?

  • because most people read the comics and it didn't involve two protagonists to play as. Plus crime stories don't need two hour introductions

  • Says who? I'm pretty sure there were quite alot of people who didn't read the comics, point is, 2 hour episodes are golden and Telltale going back to 1 hour would be a huge disservice to this franchise, at least in my opinion.
