If you flip 2 J's and attach them you pretty much get an M. Margaery's name starts with M. So if R+L=J it's actually R+L=M which means Margaery is the child of Lyanna Stark, and Rhaegar Targaryen. But what we didn't know is there is a second M must be Mira. So Mira is actually handmaiden to the sister that she never knew she had! Therefore if Margaery is a Targaryen she is a "Dragon" which makes her reptilian. Margaery is actually one of the crazy Targaryen's so she's trying to take over with Joffrey, by using her sister. I've uncovered the plot guys.

The whole "reptilian" thing is a theory by the "esteemed" and "affluent" and " influential" author David Icke, who somehow, even though his theories are as far out of whack that Rush Limbaugh thinks they're a bit silly, has rose to prominence in the forefront of conspiracy authors, along with the likes of Alex Jones, by some seemingly stupid coincidence, but Natalie Dormer, who is a very sweet and very beautiful woman, is not, and has ever portrayed a "lizard person" either in real life or in fiction.
Much like waking up in a bathtub of ice, Facebook shutting down if you don't share chain messages, Slenderman/ Enderman (who is a wholly and completely lame belief btw) GRRM, HBO, the novels or the show have ever indicated that Margery is anything more than a cunningly gorgeous woman who knows how to play the game.
