I don't understand how you can't like songs like this 
it has brilliant lyrics and instrumentals. Its one of my favourite songs in general.

Eminem is probably the only rapper I like, and I think most of that is just because of my respect for the guy. The music isn't bad, I'm just saying a lot of rappers nowadays make it bad.

There's a a difference between opinions and ignorance. How are you going to generalize a whole genre of music as "stupid"? There are some amazing rap songs out there. Its like saying people who play violent video games become violent in real life. Its just ignorant. You seem like the type of person to hear a mainstream rap song on the radio and judge the whole genre by that one song without exploring the genre and forming an opinion for yourself.
I have formed an opinion, I have listened to the genre and I hate it. I think it's stupid, yes there can be Good rap songs but I hate the genre as a whole. You honestly don't know me and it's funny you attempt to act like it.
I also have no idea how you attempt to say hating rap music is like saying video games make you violent...I gotta hand it to you though, this is your first meaningful response...Now, you see how we could have avoided all of this.

I hate the messages in the more renowned songs, I also dislike the rhythm and beats and the way it is sung.

I'd recommend Run DMC since they have a lot of rock-influence with meaningful songs. I'll even post a link to their best songs.
