I think it's Lillith, I don't think I can say why, I play as Gaige but I don't think I find her all that attractive.
From first two games for me it's Gaige.
From TPS it's Nisha with Undertaker head.
And from Tales it's Sasha.
Probably Moxxi, Lillith, Maya or Fiona.
The one with the fierce red hair is pretty bangin'.

I only played tales from the borderlands, but from playing about few hours of borderlands 2 I must say Lilith and Moxxi are the sexiest. Followed by Fiona.

As for the question: without a doubt Lilith and Sasha. Commandment Steele would be next, but man her vampire white skin freaks me out.
If I was into girls - which I may or may not be - I'd say... I can't decide, they're all gorgeous!
