The Political Compass
So I've noticed that a lot of pretty serious issues ranging from rights to religion come up on the forum, and I figured this might be an interesting way to gauge people's political standings in a tangible way. It's a test, and takes a couple of minutes, but the questions aren't too bad. For some, it might help them get a better idea at where they stand on various issues due to being asked new questions. Debate and discussion about any political or social topic, as well as the questions on the test, is welcome and wanted.

Lol, that's pretty far off from Hitler. Were there any questions that stood out for you that you strongly agreed or disagreed with?
I feel like for most issues I don't have much of a large say and it's better to make a compromise that fits everyone but I strongly disagree with forcing religion on children in public schools and that you can't have morals without religion.
I strongly agree that same sex couples should be allowed to adopt and marry as they wish.
The idea that morality comes from religion has always struck me as ridiculous. I share both of your opinions on religion, and I agree with the same sex ones as well. So long as they are raising a child well then there isn't a good reason I can think of to stop them. As for them marrying, it has no bearing on my life so I say let people marry whoever they want. If two people are happy together and want to make their love contractual, then that's their business. They'll still be paying taxes just like everyone else.

Oh, I don't know. I just looked those up for you because I thought that was what you meant. This test was sent to me over a year ago from a friend that doesn't use these forums. I remembered it recently, and decided it might be interesting to share on here. So, as for others of the sort, I'm not entirely sure what other subjects you would be interested in, but either way I don't know of any good ones.
