How do you feel about abortion?

Pro life isn't necessarily about making abortions illegal, but trying to explain to the public why aborting a baby would be one of the worst things you can do, downright murder of the incapable.

I already addressed the cases where the mother might be hurt from giving birth to the baby, when it comes to that its her choice to either save herself or her baby. I think most mothers would rather save their baby if he was already born, but they do not realize that a baby after and before birth is the same thing: A human being, most choose to abort it simply because it seems morally acceptable in today's society.

If abortion were to be illegal and someone kept doing it in illegal ways, they will have to face the consequences, just like drug dealers risk getting caught.

I'm sick of this ridiculous pro-birth argument I've been hearing for so long.

We're not talking about how to help the ones living a tough life, we're simply talking about whether abortig babies is right or wrong, while what happens next isn't the topic of the thread, I am not only "pro-birth", because I will do whatever I can to help anyone who is in deep shit, mothers with babies they didn't plan, I would do my best as a person to help those I can, I'm not for letting them be born and then ditching them, but it's not what this conversation is about.

How is pro life making abortions illegal which leads to cases were the mother and the fetus die, , or the mother gets HIV/AIDS. I'm sorry but thats not pro life, thats pro birth imo.

So if this emotional roller coaster of an experience didn't happen you you, you wouldn't think the same as you do now, you said this experience had changed everything.

See, this is way morality is objective and not subjective, this world's rules won't change according to people's whims, it's tragic that she died, but it doesn't mean that murdering the human being growing inside her is good or justified in any way.

Morality is objective, if it wasn't objective then there wouldn't be any rules to this world and every little absurd idea couldn't be proven wrong.

Again, I'm sorry she died, but doing something illegal (and in this case morally sickening) has consequences, she did it because she thought it was the right thing to do, but murder of an innocent is never the right thing to do.

If someone stabbed a person, and then got shot in the head by someone else as an act of self-defense, would you say that stabbing others shouldn't be illegal? He did something morally wrong and faced the consequences, it's a shame, but reality is objective and doesn't change because some person thinks it should.

It justifies it because id rather abortions be legal and being safely performed than being illegal and being unsafely performed leading to t

  • The baby's life is always at question. Quite stupid to think of physical damage only. Frankly, I don't care much about some stupid 16 years old girl who was stupid and careless enough to fuck without protection. Have you ever been to a foster care? 90% of the poor kids were "accidentally" born, And the parents didn't have the courage to abort them. But only the very few lucky ones will get the chance for good care, The rest will turn out to be at least misdemeanors (Hopefully).

It's a sacrifice to be made for the child, And for society.

If you can't prove it, I can't take any sort of understanding to it or find any reason in it. With that said, I will respect you and your beliefs as long as you don't force them on anyone else without justifying it.

  • Alright, but why are you saying this to me? Lol.

Some people will have a tough life whether it's growing up in a foster home, losing family or growing up with a disability, we can't kill people who most likely will want to live.

  • You said: "That's the only instance where abortion is alright, when the life in question isn't just the baby's, then it is ok."

Most likely want to live? No, not really. They will most likely harm themselves and the others.

The last few pages have gotten out of line, and all the arguments are just going around in circles. I'm closing this.
