Awesome. Despite the fact that I know the story and the ending, I am just glad that I am reading a Fables comic that takes place in the mundane setting again.

Very interesting seeing the tale of the Woodsman from his perspective. He was really not a good guy. He didn't look half bad with hair though. And the cast of characters we saw at the end made me really excited. We're going to be seeing a lot of people that we haven't yet seen in-game. I'm hoping that will be a bridge to the new season.
Really liked how they went into depth regarding the Woodsman's tale. And it was surprise seeing his axe was originally Lumberjack's, though it made perfect sense that it had powerful magic.
Bigby's design here was pretty cool. While he looked a bit small, I think he was still in his growth (Bigby's no longer a pup, but not an adult size yet, probably comparable to a teenager in human terms)
Bigby's response to Snow (Lily)'s head crime scene was painfully heartfelt, and it was awesome to see Pinocchio, Boy Blue, Flycatcher (the trio!), and King Cole in the background (hopefully they do play some role later).
It was very cool, and really reminded me of the style of the main comic. I'm really really loving this series. I look forward to it every Wednesday and for 99c, it's a steal.
I just love that they're taking the time to cover the Fables themselves. I enjoyed the bit with Crane and the section with Snow and Bigby. Agree with the Man in regards to them taking the time to incoporate the FABLES comic and the issues they covered. I can't WAIT to see what they have in store for Georgie XD XD

Yeah, I really liked that part, of them linking to the Wolf in the Fold. And Snow was already kind to Bigby at this point, trying to reassure Bigby when he felt vulnerable (psychological) in his human form (speaking of The Wolf in the fold, I wonder if that is Feathertop who is driving the carriage? Though I could be wrong)
One noticeable difference I see in this issue is that, in the game, you (and Bluebeard) interrogate whoever you arrested in the Trip Trap, but in this issue, it seems while Bigby grabbed Woody, Bluebeard nabs Tweedle Dee from outside Trip Trap. Why would Bluebeard take active role in this? Crane says Bluebeard has certain enthusiasm for vengeance, and even Bigby calls him vigilante prick. Maybe Bluebeard has some personal vendetta against the Tweedle brothers?
Wolf In The Fold is a prose story, it is included in Volume 1 of Fables (Volume 1: Legends in Exile)
The prose story is how Snow and Feat… morehertop find Bigby and convince him to join Fabletown, as well as how Bigby gains the ability to become a human...

Crane? Ok, that is hilarious!!!! XD
I thought it was gonna be Snow teaching him education, but instead Crane has to teach Bigby about being a human?!
Hahahahahaha!!!! XP
Thnx man!

The comic version can still surprise us with the ending.
Bigby ended up taking Woody.

And Woody's story ties in to yet another story and fable.
Which one?
I can't remember the name exactly, but it has to do with the axe and how it became magical.
Lumberjack. Woody basically stole Lumberjack's clothes and axe.
I quite liked a lot of things in this issue:
Now that is a cool backstory!!
I never heard of that fable. Very interesting.

He wanted an axe that would chop trees quickly so he could feed his wife and daughter. He eventually does get a replacement for the axe.
Read the latest issue and was quite surprised by the last pages being set soon after The Wolf in the Fold.
Seems they really are going to lengths to link this comic to main Fables series

Dude... XD
Crane looks silly. XD
What else is new? XP
Well it is a different artist drawing Crane than the artist that drew Crane last.

Or Bluebeard doesn't want to give a lot of money to Bigby through Crane/Snow, and for some odd reason knows the Tweedles are involved.
Wolf In The Fold? What is that? Where can i read it?

Oh, ok.
Thanks, I was looking at the so called leaked video.
Crane is silly.
I really enjoy how theyre blending it with the main comic. Makes me feel a little better about Fables proper ending after this episode.
Okay, Bigby sitting at a school desk is giggle worthy.
Say wut now?!
Wait, did Snow have to teach him stuff??? :O
Haha, just you wait. Read the book man!
But it's not on omgbeaupeep yet!!
Well, I'll say this. It carries over from the last issue.
That has also not been released on omgbeaupeep yet!
Alright, it's a flashback. Bigby is being taught to be a proper human by schoolmaster Crane.
Crane? Ok, that is hilarious!!!! XD

I'm a girl but your welcome
Sorry :P
Oh yeah, wasn't it establish that Crane use to be a teacher. So I guess it's fitting for him to teach Bigby about proper human etiquette. Neat.
No problem. we get to see something rare: Bigby "showing throat" to someone like Crane.
