Wait! I know what Willingham's unpredictable ending is!!
The whole thing is a massive story being written by an ageing writer who loves fairytales. After the final scenes of Fables, the author closes his book and goes to bed...
So in other words, the entirety of Fables was a story within a story!
Ok so I'm really hoping Rose follows the rule of her character and her plan goes to shit, seemed a bit too hot-headed and sudden to go well anyways. Also didn't Bill say he was hoping to end Fables in early 2015? I know he probably changed his mind but I live in hope!
Well he already said there will be a delay from 149 - 150, so I think 150 will come out in April, I also wont be surprised if Bigby will end up being to powerful for Rose to handle, leading to her own downfall

Probably Rose will realise she bit off more than she can chew when she gives Bigby order to kill Snow.
I do wonder why the Wolf Manor looks destroyed though.
I really don't know what kind of character Willingham perceive Rose Red as,
honestly, she turned to villainy really, really fast, faster than Mrs. Dark.
Before "Happily ever after", Rose Red is perceived as a troubled rebel who is once too dependent on her sister.
She's hot-headed, irresponsible and mischievous, but never actually wanted someone dead, even when her love for her sister turned sour (Animal Farm guys, and I'm also certain she also felt remorse when she found out what happened to Snow after she was sent away).
Then she seem to finally settle down by working in the farm, and seem to find her purpose by redeeming fallen fables.
Heck at one point it was hinted that she holds the farm together and played a vital role in ensuring Fables' survival during Mr. Dark arc.
Then BOOM, infodump on that backstory!
There is no struggle, no internal dialogue, no denial, not even a slightest remorse.
We know Rose Red always had a grudge against her sister, but it's mainly remained at your typical sibling issues.
I don't see the spark that actually make her hate Snow, go crazy and think to her self,
"yup I'm going to murder her with her own husband, then sleep with him to rub in some more."
Her mother, whom's story was only 3 issues short, seem to care about her bloodthirsty siblings which we only seen in few panels, more than her.
Maybe there will be some struggle when it comes to the actual conflict, but so far I'm no convinced. Horrible characterization so far, don't understand why Willingham baited the readers for so long only to turn her into a treacherous dumb jerk.
Rose is being baited by Hope into this madness. Rose wants to live; so she will kill her sister and bear children from her Brother-in-law, cuz apparently that's what her future entails
I was always on the fence with Rose right off the bat; with the Revolution at the Farm I didn't know whether to like her for saving Snow or hating her for joining the Farm Fables.
After she took over management of the Farm and became friends with Boy Blue, I started liking her more. When she fell into a depression I started disliking her again cuz she was moping, and accepted the offer of sex from Jack fucking Horner!
Then she gets better and foils Geppetto's plans with the Dryad's, I like her again.
Then all this shit with New Camelot and her Fate; pretty sure I HATE her now... unless something happens in 150 that makes me like her or at the very least, feel sorry for her.

It turns out that the Blue Fairy got her head cut off by Goldilocks in Fairest, so her marriage to Geppetto is over :P
The new point I have brought up is the creatures hidden in Castle Dark, they were shown briefly in issue 146 I believe, but the comment on the panel said they weren't a problem yet...
If Willingham managed to make an awesome ending with all these things to cover, I commend his capability as a writer. But seriously, there are a lot of stuff to cover and some stuff such as Geppetto's plot sounds too big to cover satisfyingly.

Maybe left unanswered for a potential continuation series in the future?
Willingham cannot just drop Fables after it is finished, it's too popular/successful amongst fans and they are already asking for more...
Well Bill was kinda spontaneous with his decision to end the series.
He spoke in an interview a year or 2 ago that he couldn't see a definite end to Fables yet, then only a few months later he says that issue 150 will be the last one.
He personally puts it down to job security; he is a writer, Vertigo can terminate their contract with him at any time if they so pleased, and Bill's relationship with Vertigo has always been a rocky one...
Basically, if he delivered bad stories or ran out of ideas etc. Vertigo would end the contract and Bill would be jobless, so he was playing it safe... I really hope he comes back to Fables though XD
I have updated this:

They can't have been. Those 'creatures' were revealed in issue 146 and that is the issue after Rose and Frau fight Bigby...
Fairest Volume 4: Of Men and Mice, takes place before Bigby gets restored...
Well Volume 22 (which is issue 150 coupled with some currently unknown bonus content) is set to release on June 12th.
I also read that issue 150 may just be released as Volume 22, or a June release date mentioned for the issue by itself
Seeing how Willingham has killed-off the farm (in the fairest) and hinting the fable-town has been destroyed (in the "jack off-ables"), I wonder if a continuation series is possible at all.

Well, the farm is now being run by Reynard's mundy family in the Fairest issue 32.
In the JoF, those "forgotten fables" being left-over by the Literals were stuck at that diners, showing-off their magical abilities to the mundies for nearly a decade. I can't see how the Fable-town authority can let that happen unless it is no longer functioning.
Fabletown wasn't destroyed in Jack of Fables
The Woodlands was destroyed in Volume 12, but it got rebuilt as Castle Dark in Volume 15...
And I thought the Farm was still standing as of Fairest Volume 5?
I haven't actually read Fairest yet, but that doesn't mean the Farm has been 'killed off'
Fabletown does have to look after the Fables, but Bigby and Snow weren't working for the Government anymore, so Beast and Beauty etc. didn't know about Jack's Fables, therefore they could do what they wanted.
On that issue, the farm (as least the town) does became a big mess by the glamours incident, it does mentioned that it is labeled as the last farm story and dialogs like "it's back to the homelands for everyone afterall", all hinting that the farm is no more.
Of coz, if Willingham wanna restart the series, he can always ignore these as non canon or "plot holes/inconsistency" (and to be honest, plot holes and plot inconsistency with the main series is something JoF and Fairest don't lack off). But if he has a chance to "relaunch/reset" the series, please rewrite the last 2 or 3 story arc, it is a bit....sub-standard.

150 is going to be a mega issue so a delayed release date makes sense.
And of course Bigby is going back to Snow. It is his fate.
I also cannot wait to see more of the youngest daughter who has now become North Wind. Surely she will come to help Snow. And while Rose Red might have become a Great power in her own right, but the last North Wind was strong enough to defeat Mr Dark. Who knows what the girl can do....

Yes, while Mr North ended himself and Mr Dark by using his casket, it was also implied that both of them were pretty evenly matched.
Now Rose Red I doubt it anywhere near as powerful as Mr Dark. The new North Wind however, is still the North Wind.
North used his Casket of Primordial Winds to trap himself along with Mr Dark...
Now Hope has her Pandoran Jar... it's been shown so it has to be used!! XD

She can cause a blizzard which would severely weaken Rose if not freeze Rose to death. Ghost could also appear which we all know could suck up Rose's breath.

I doubt the last issue would be dramatic, spectacular seems to fit more. The cubs are following Snow's lead, and they know their mom loves using surprises hence they would wait till the actual fight to start.

I know what you mean. It might be a little underwhelming after all the build up.
But still, imagine how awesome it would be if the North Wind comes and curb stomps Rose and her entire army in the nick of time, in one sweeping attack. In my head, simply epic.

I think Bigby is in the manor, the kids ran away, and Bigby is in there just going crazy trying to get free
I'm hoping that if he is inside the Manor then Snow will met his gaze and he will regain enough of himself to stop...
But the only way to break that curse. Is with true love's kiss!

Has anyone heard of it's release date? Literally going insane here!

Oh god i don't think i can wait that long...surely they'll release it as a paperback issue first and then as a hardback volume in June?!
I don't see a reason for a paperback when Volume 22 is issue 150
But, I'm pretty sure the paperback release is June (saw it on Willingham's Twitter feed a while back)
Seeing how Willingham has killed-off the farm (in the fairest) and hinting the fable-town has been destroyed (in the "jack off-ables"), I wonder if a continuation series is possible at all.

Oh ok, thnx for clarifying
Willingham won't restart the series, you don't do that for something like Fables. He SHOULD continue it after some time away, but we'll see...
July 22 is the date.

Yeah but Winter hasn't done anything...
It would be far too easy for Winter to solve the problem, we need a dramatic story :P
She can cause a blizzard which would severely weaken Rose if not freeze Rose to death. Ghost could also appear which we all know could suck up Rose's breath.
But that's too easy!
The Cubs could've done all of that already; Ghost could've been with Snow this whole time...

I want Bigby to be the real damage dealer, imagine him and Winter working as a team... That's just a nuclear bomb endgame! XD
