I hike, run, swim, play sports (I'm not on a real team, just play with friends), I don't know if it counts as exercise but I do a lot of yard work... And I want to get a gym membership... I took two years of kick boxing, and like to get in boxing matches with friends.
I used to go to the gym five or six days a week, my train program was like Simeon Panda... has been 5 months since my last visit, now I just stay like my fuking grampa in cemetery doing nothing, I feel like I am in coma, I am completely demoralized, I should kill my self...
I'm trying to get a six pack in a 3 month time period. I'm going to start doing 50 consecutive sit ups every day twice a day with an added restraint of a few pounds. I've changed my diet to eggs, steak, fish and pop tarts. I walk a lot during the day but not all at once. Any advice

That seems like quite the accomplishment considering night usually lasts around roughly nine hours and the average length of sexual intercourse (not counting foreplay) is around five to nine minutes, assuming you don't have a case of "whiskey dick" or "coke dick" that's crazy long.

None at all, I'm actually American though so the culture I was raised in was by very religious people that think a four and a half thousand dollar pressurized lump of coal and a pack of condoms were the way to a woman's heart. Of course, I was always just stubborn enough to think past that type of lifestyle. I'm far from a romantic and find that more often than not, I always keep people emotionally away.

I used to play a lot of hockey. And I played basketball and baseball for a few years but I always loved hockey the most. Now the only exercise I get is walking, standing on a board, and doing yardwork.
Besides jogging every now and again, I haven't exercised too much in a while. However, two of my friends and I recently decided to try and get a workout routine going, so I suppose that's a start after my inactivity for a while. Since it's been awhile, I personally will probably focus on cardio to improve my stamina.
I've always been fascinated by fencing, ever since I saw The Mask Of Zorro, almost 20 years ago.

I just started working out recently upon discovering I had some cholesterol. I exercise 30 minutes everyday at home; I would like to play badminton or tennis, unfortunately I don't have the time recently.
Well since I'm on a Crossfit team I have to workout every day to stay in shape, also I have to eat about 4,000 calories every day to keep my body fueled and to keep producing more muscles and more energy.

Yep I really love exercise! I try to hop on the elliptical in the gym as much as possible. I'd like to go more than a few times a week but my college classes kinda hinder that. So, I mostly go on Fridays and the weekends.

I exercise by running/walking a mile or two whenever I feel like it. I also lift dumbbells almost everyday.

I used to run cross country, but I'm too lazy and I've stopped giving even the slightest shit about my body image anymore.
I'm scrawny and proud of it.
I'd recommend the plank exercise challenge you can do it at home and just use your phone as a stopwatch ^

I've been fencing for 8 years and its pretty rigorous exercise. I practice for 2½ hours a day.
Every move is a finisher. I love fighting, it makes me feel alive, to know i could beat a lot of ass.

Well I'm not a big 'people person' so I like being alone. Plus I like the natural untouched beauty of the wilderness.
