Amnesia 2, Sonic Unleashed, Resident Evil 5, Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire, and Skyward Sword. I've had too many Comments telling me to go "Kill… more Myself" for my opinion of those games (Skyward Sword and ORAS) lately, I know the Internet is a bad place for Opinions, But damn.
The Last Of Us.
With the way people talk about it, I thought it would be the holy grail of gaming, but instead I got a game with a boring story, horrible characters, and boring gameplay.
It was a fun game, Don't get me wrong, I had a great time playing it, The problem was, It litterally felt Like I was Playing the Original Ruby and Sapphire. I didn't feel like I was playing something New, I felt it was fun, Because it was the original with a skin slapped on, Not even the flying mechanic was cool. If you ask me, Don't waste 50 bucks on a game you might already have.
Yeah, I didn't read the title correctly, I thought it was dissapointing, Not bad. It was quite well set-up, and The Mapping was FANTASTIC. But It lacked a feel of helplessness Amnesia TDD had.
Well, to be fair, that's exactly what they are. Up-to-date versions of the originals with a few add-ons. I don't recall them being advertised as completely new games.
I guess I can kinda see where you're coming from, but I respectfully disagree on ORAS being bad because of that.

Well, You see, I don't think they're bad, 3rd gen was the best to me, I just find it dissapointing that it wasn't MORE than that. Though I will say, I never had fun playing 3D pokemon games in the first place.

It was over the top and in my personal opinion, it's what makes it an unique series.
As I said, it was mostly a carbon copy of the Grand Theft Auto series until the third game. Of course, I see where you're coming from, my best friend and sister have the same exact thoughts towards the series. Just the minority, I suppose!
idk i loved the 1st one. second one was just as cool. look nothing against he 3rd one but it was freaking over the top to me. i didnt even b… moreother with the 4th one cuz of the story line it brought. and i thought the 3rd was really fun as hell, but i guess i just love the gangster aspect of the first 2
I know right? Once Gen 5 Came out, I progressively started to dislike pokemon, The Cute sprites were gone, The cool layouts were gone, and THESE FUCKERS.
HOW. THE FUCK ARE THOSE POKEMON? It's so fucking dumb
AC Black Flag just for me the map was way to big so made it so boring to get to missions and it was all battleships my least favourite parts of the previous AC
Something just felt wrong at this rotten at it's core copy and paste attempt game with a terrible story and depressing/dark town to inhabit I love all the other arkhams game but this terrible but I enjoyed the boss fights
Deus ex
not sure which one but it was the worst shooter I ever played
Took everything I loved about S1 and destroyed it and removed it
No more big hub areas, hardly any character indepth convos, linear with a forced story, no puzzles, choices never really mattered, New characters dull and uninteresting with ever changing personalities which you never got to know or truly talk to
HELLO DEAD, HELLO DEAD all death lost all shock value as it came every minute without proper foundation or effort which made me not connect with characters as I knew their be dead in a minute so there was no point, I'll never get a proper convo with that person and my choices will have no effort in their outcome.
Remembers this!! no they don't
It hurt me so bad knowing how completely bored I was playing twd way to many cut-scenes so I felt powerless over the story nothing like season 1
I did not hate Origins, but there is not much replay value. I like replaying Arkham City. I just started replaying Origins and there is something off about it. I did think the story and boss fight (most of them) were the best part of the game.

God this game sucked. It hurt more because my friend had a Genesis and Joe Montana Football and College Football National Championship were great games
Well that's because Deus Ex is an RPG not a shooter, and yeah it's actually pretty awkward to play, to be honest I don't enjoy the original at all, though it can be modded to make the shooting more Unreal Tournament-esque so maybe I should try that.

Dragon Age 2
Diablo 3
F.E.A.R 3
Resident Evil 5 & 6
Final Fantasy 8, 10, 11 & 13 (and any other spin-off games to do with these titles).
Every Silent Hill game that came after Silent Hill 3
Max Payne 3, I really wanted it to be good because I love the first 2 games too much, but damn did they fuck up EVERYTHING, Max's character development from Max Payne 2 is gone, the awesome tone of it being both a dark noire story and a parody of dark noire stories and videogames in general is gone too and the shooting...
OK so the game plays really well and it's really polished but there's a problem here, Max Payne was always linear but despite you were still playing the game, Max Payne 3 has several parts in which you are basically just playing a cutscene as there is only one very specific way to do it and it's infuriating as fuck, also they changed the weapon system from carry all to you can only hold 2 maybe 2 & half, anyway this greatly hurts the shooting, you see while Max Payne was always linear the fun was in figuring which weapons were the ones that would let you clear the room in the most optimal way (Basically fast and precisely enough as to not get shot), by limiting your guns this means either of 2 things wiill happen.
You have exactly what you need because it's placed near that area so you can optimally clear it, this is OK but it's not as fun as satisfying as figuring out what tactic worked best after failing several times in MP1 & 2.
You will not have the optimal weapons and will have to struggle in a battle that has become unnecessarily hard and feels really unfair, sure it'll be satisfying when you clear it but since your arsenal is limitted to what you had before and what the enemies drop it limits your options in an already linear game leaving you too feel way more frustrated than you would have been in MP1 or 2 by mixing up the weapons and trying different strategies.
Also diving into something and getting hit is frustrating and not fun, sure this wasn't reallistic in MP1 or 2 but it was satisfying and didn't interrupt the flow of the game.
Anyway as you can see I really like Max Payne so it really sucks that Rockstar didn't understand it and basically took a shit on Remedy's masterpiece, as it's stands MP1 still has the best story of the 3 and MP2 the best gameplay, as for level design both MP1 & have excellent level design but due to MP1 being more frustrating and a bit more cheap with it's enemy placement MP2 is probably the winner, as for MP3 if it didn't have so many interruptions and so much leading you by the nose it could have worked, however as it stands it's the most frustrating of the 3 which is surprising because MP1 was cheap as hell.
DON'T YOU DARE BRING FFX-2 INTO THIS! XD That was the first fucking video game I ever played. It seems a little dated now-a-days but at least it ain't fuckin' 7 and 8.
Galerians, Galerians Ash, just Galerians in general; was never as good as it could've been.
Dead Island after that damn amazing CGI trail… moreer.
Final Fantasy X-2, when I was too young and naive to know it'd be doomed as a fan-service dress up simulator.
...TWDG Season 2 ;_;
It's certainly possible to have a good game with an extended development period spanning two companies. Prey was finished by Human Head Studios and published by 2K Games in 2006, and it was in development first at 3D Realms in 1995. This makes it even more of a head scratcher as to why Duke Nukem Forever turned out so poorly, since Prey was in the same situation, by the same company, as 3D Realms handed it over to an external developer after being in development hell for over a decade, and it turned out quite good.
That game imo was doomed from the start, when you have a 13 year development spanning two companies... It was headed for disaster. Same reason why Half Life 3 will never be made.
Its too late.
But X-2 isn't just a dress up simulator. It may seem silly and fanservice-y on the surface, but the gameplay is solid and the story is touching. (For reference: I'm 21 and I like this game. ._.) I know why people dislike it, but it really gets more hate than it deserves IMO.

I liked Amnesia 2 TBH, the story was really good.
Heart Breaks In Half. Understandable, It was kinda boring...

I hear you on the 3D part. I miss the cute little doll-like graphics.

They may be cute, But they AREN'T pokemon. That is how I was raised.
the designs begin to suck after gen. 5
tho some are still nice, but most of the new pokemon now are food,
Tbh, I like Delfox, Gredninja, and Zora.
Zora?
I think you mean Zorua
