What I would like to see is some fan art between Gared and Talia. They may have been around each other briefly in the game, but I sensed that there might've been something special between them.
Those 4 are still generics, they just appear frequently. I think that's a good thing because it makes it feel more like they aren't generics. Plus more generics are in the background at most points in time. Also three of those four notable soldiers were in episode 2 anyway.
