I'm sketical. When previous franchises went fom silent protaganist to voiced it's been very hit and miss. Dead Space did it well, but Final Fantasy was god awful. But since this is a western game I'm hoping it will transition well.

Don't worry about the characters you can make your own look how you like and also it's kinda I'm possible to not to show any protagonist before release because they're very likely gonna show off character customization at some point and obiviously there's gotta be a default character model at the start.
To me the MC in the video doesn't seems like generic or dudebro, Fallout protagonist have never been anything like that. It has become a some kinda stereotype that a good looking white male character with hair (and beard) is always generic dudebro
Good trailer, apart from the lame bit at the end. I was hoping we wouldn't be shown any protagonist so the trap of creating a default player character wouldn't be created (let alone a generic white dudebro), but oh well.

Pewdiepie makes people money because millions of people watch his content. Heck I don't watch any stuff from him myself but I don't go around complaining about hating him. "Hate" is a word people really are just throwing out there nowadays. I sincerely doubt he's ever done anything to damage your life that you "Hate" him. Dislike is a word you use for something you don't like. Because I don't hate him and have no reason to. If a Youtuber I don't like irritates me I simply don't watch their content anymore. I don't go on moaning about hating them.
Plus, killing someone over early content? You're really overreacting over something that's honestly stupidly petty.
Not only a dog again, but even the same breed. Kind of. It's okay though, if the human companions are interesting. I see the non humanoid companions just as some kind of extra.
To be fair generic white dude has been the representation in trailers previously, its the same in mass effect.

Well, I actually haven't played Fallout much, apart from New Vegas, which I thought was okay, but not groundbreaking. I'm not a big fan, but, perhaps I should play the other ones before this comes out. This looks great from what I've seen so far.

Don't worry, you won't. Bethesda has always been quite good with their games on that you can start on any entry and learn the lore if you want but still enjoy the story regardless.

They don't contribute to the story. Each Fallout game has it's own story. I still recommend you play the others though, since they're FUCKING AMAZING.
ill be sure to play em as soon as i get my xbox360 fixed so i can get new vegas and fall out 3 to get to know the fallout franchise better
