* Better character editor. Really I think the character editor needs to be redone from scratch. New interface, better presets, more tweaking, etc. And can we finally get the option to tweak the ears? The 1st thing to do is head to Megaton, it's close by and has a ton of quests(especially Moira) DON'T blow it up, the reward isn't worth it, even if you are evil. 2nd make sure to get the extra exp. perks early on and have a high Intelligence(more stat points on lvl up) 3rd I personally recommend sewers, since they have a lot of low level enemies, Raiders are good for farming since they're weak and give decent loot. that is all I can think of off the top of my head.
try looking up bobble head locations online, they will give you a nice boost.

I don't know. Now that they've shown off the build-able settlements, customization for weapons and power armor, I'm already more hyped for Fallout 4 than ever before. Of course Fallout Shelter looks pretty interesting, it's seriously just the icing on the cake!

Wow Fallout 4 looks amazing! The world, all the customization, graphics, gameplay were awesome but my favorite part was them showing off the real life Pipboy in the collectors edition! How cool is that!

Btw, is anyone else nervous about the PS4 version being inferior to the others? Because Bethesda and Playstation don't necessarily mix well. (New Vegas and Skyrim)
