K people, let's forget all the episode 3 spoilery stuff embarking on us and just have a nice discussion here.
Who in your opinion has the coolest outfit?

I love the outfits both Rhys and Fiona have in the present-day scenes. They both look so cool
Both Rhys and Fiona have much better outfits in the present time then they do in the past.
I am a bit biased (having cosplayed as him), but I think Rhys wins for 'Most Outfit'.

Uneven Pinstriped Shirt and Pants: check

His costume conveys so much about him as a character (much like a lot of Borderlands designs), and it's delightful.
Rhys and Fiona are cool, but Zero will always have the coolest design
I always thought he looked kinda edgy and emo. I still do, to be honest.
I think that was intentional, he is such an otaku it's charming. I mean, the guy runs around spouting haikus about cherry blossoms and honorable combat, hes just trying SO VERY HARD.
Not Vaughn because I'd rather stare at those abs then see any outfit he has on.
In all seriousness though, present time Fiona.

Ngl - I love Zer0 so much. I was so happy when he showed up in Tales it's unreal.
Yeah I always thought that Zer0 had a sort of adorable insecurity about him.

I tend to favor the outfits that make the character look the most slick.
Vasquez nails the whole corporate look, while the outfit Rhys is wearing at the present time is also cool (because black looks better).
Fiona's outfit is refined, and Sasha has the weirdest outfit out of the main characters, but interestingly pulls it off.
Out of the entire franchise: Maya, Athena, and Nisha.
Maya's is a simple, plain design, but effective; just like her style, they never see her coming.
Athena looks mysterious and intimidating in her hood.
I like Westerns, so Nisha's design was neat.

Handsome Jack post-insanity. It was very busy, but it managed to work nonetheless. Really gave off a strong Wild West vibe with the coat and vest coupled with the rolled up sleeves and mix of casual (the yellow t-shirt and rugged jeans) and formal attire (everything else), a weird and workable fusion of Hyperion's usual cold corporate aesthetic and Pandora's tattered Mad Max-esque grunge.
