Can not get extra content from season pass

I just bought TFTB and its season pass from google play yesterday. Then I found out thet I can get extra loot and skins on the BL:Pre sequel. So i made a telltales account and a shift account. Both are linked to my steam account. Today I played the pre sequel and there was no skins or loot. I did everything what your post said to get the loot. Please help, because I dont know what the problem is.

    There's a spot in Concordia, the Shift machine, where you can redeem the loot. Try that out.

    Tryed that, no loot, just the key from shift. :(
