Tales from the borderlands the Complete season. No unlocks on pre sequel

So a couple days ago I finally got enough to buy Tales from the Borderlands, the complete season. Yesterday I completed the first episode and then went to extras and then into unlocks, because I heard about the heads and guns you unlock in pre sequel. It told my I had to buy things I already owned to get the unlocks. Any advice on how to solve this problem?

    You need the Pre-Sequel season pass. If you already have it and it stild doesn't work then i dunno how to help, sorry.

    I have the handsome collection and that includes the season pass on The Pre sequel

    um.. did you register in SHiFT in pre-sequel main menu?

    you need to link your steam account to your TTG account or something
