Aga.rio
Team fortress 2
Are you playing the Emulated servers?
It's pretty cool but I can't play it anymore because my PC doesn't have a CD drive so I can't re-install it, I also can't be bothered to find the files on-line.
I played it, it was interesting, had a lot of cool mechanics but admittedly I'm not big on MMOs, plus the server lag made it pretty annoying since it screwed with the combat too much, I think my brother still plays it though.
It was like the first successful MMORPG, it's still going but from what I heard it's changed way too much, which I guess is expected from a game that has been running since 1997.
It's a pretty important game, if you're into gaming history like I am it's pretty hard to miss, I never played it though, just read a lot about it.
I'm not big into multiplayer games, I generally prefer single player games but I used to like them quite a lot when I was younger, still I was feeling like giving them another bash so I downloaded some and after almost giving up because most of them bored me pretty quickly I found a shooter called Dirty Bomb, it's not the greatest thing ever and I must admit that Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory (One of the games predecessors that I used to play when I was younger, same developer) had way more varied and cooler level design, but very few games are doing the objective based Multiplayer and it turns out I like that a lot.
So basically I just want objective based multiplayer, makes even players with awful aim useful to the team and sometimes even the ones that carry the whole match, it's pretty cool, plus the class system can lead to some pretty tactical situations and you're more likely to win by thinking tactically than by shooting well, but really skilled players are still super useful, the business model is a mixed bag but I think it's bearable for the most part, in any case it' even possible to be called the MVP and having 0 kills and like 12 deaths.
Of Star Wars Galaxies? If so, I used to play the emulated servers. I deleted the game a while ago though. I was making room on my Hard Drive for Game Of Thrones. If you want to play on the emulated servers, I can send you a copy of the game Via Skype file send. I have all the files on my Hard drive. I bought the game online so If I broke my disc I'd still have my files So I can play.
Nah, it's fine I don't have anyone to play it with like I did back then, MMOs are stupidly boring without friends, specially something like Galaxies that was more about building a community ad having your own building hangout and maybe even your own town (I was a Major, but I never actually did anything, not that it mattered sine I was in charge of a ghost town), but thanks anyway.
League of legends
I own 2 copies you know, I can play with you. XD Galaxies was the biggest part of my Entire childhood. It was the most amazing experience I had ever known. But it wasn't as fun when I wasn't playing with friends.
Heh, thanks for the offer but I don't know you, it'd be awkward to play together.
