I disliked SAO's first Season in a lot of Points. The Yui Arc and the End of the SAO arc were okay to me, However, ALO was... fucking garbage. Whoever wrote that should be killed. However, The GGO arc and the ALO arcs in Season 2 were amazing, really well written, Not a Harem anymore, and Asuna was definitely not a Damsel in distress. I strongly Reccomend SAO 2.
Steins;Gate is for sure my favorite.
Others I like:
* Dragonball Z
* FMA: Brotherhood
* Deathnote
* Tokyo Ghoul
* Attack on Tita… moren
* Kill la Kill
My most hated anime:
* Sword Art Online (ugh)

I haven't really watched much anime. But I plan on watching more. My faves for now are as follows:

Dragon Ball Z
Cory In The House
One Piece
Howl's Moving Castle

I heard that it's in the production, and at the end Hitler realizes the Legend and becomes a Super Aryan after Stalin kills Goering.
This is a leaked photo:
Dragon Ball series, Naruto, Bleach, Another (Just once but will watch again someday), Kill La Kill, Elfen Lied (Only once), Highschool of the Dead (Only once). I can't remember if I watched anymore but I'm gonna watch some more again eventually.
Actually, the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series was " Yu-Gi-Oh! A Game of Darkness", otherwise known as season 0 by fans, which was based off the first few volumes of the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga. The anime itself was never localized outside Japan but the manga was, and it was a lot darker and brutal than any of the other Yu-Gi-Oh! anime.
Basically, (in the manga anyway) Atem (Yami Yugi) was a sadistic vigilante who would play random games with people who either wronged him or his friends, and if they cheated or lost they would pay the price with a penalty game (Shadow Game) that usually would end up with them dying or in a situation that was worse than death. After the penalty games, Yami would revert back to Yugi with no recollection of what transpired.Through the course of the chapters Yami mellows out and becomes more friendly and caring and less brutal due to the affects of living in Yugi's body.
From what I can remember (it's been a while since I read any Yu-Gi-Oh! manga), one of his most brutal killings was playing a trick game with a convict who ended up incinerating himself in a fast-food burger joint. I highly recommend reading the original Yu-Gi-Oh! manga if you haven't.
Watch BIG O. Its great. Its the only Anime i've actually watched, and took the time to understand.
You can find it on Youtube now i think. When i was younger it was on Adult swim, like 15 years ago.

Oh boy, Anime was like a drug for me back in my teen years. Thankfully, I've grown up and shown restraint. I've seen much, even started seeing some OVA's in the last couple of years.
Pokemon ( I only stuck around because I was a fan of the Jigglypuff that made numerous appearances, after it no longer showed up, I left. I loved that little ball of fluff.)
Attack on Titan I've come to take a shine to, but I prefer to its original Japanese audio, heard the English dub was terrible. Plus, my favorite character goes to Annie Leonhardt who is the Female Titan. Hoping she gets out of that crystal prison soon. Other than that, checking the wiki, spoiling myself on the manga.
I've come to like: Burn Up!, Wanna-Bes (an obscure title about female wrestling, animation was done by legendary Kenichi Sonada, been a huge Gundam fan but can never find a series to like; hoping something in the Universal Century era.
Titles I'm getting around to are Saber Marionette J (interested in a preview from a Gundam VHS I got years ago), Gunslinger Girl, Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo: 2040.
Confess: I've seen New Cutey Honey, I liked it for the dubbing, and the animation was superb. Plus, I've come to like the heroine.

You, my friend, have fantastic taste.
This is literally the best anime produced between 1999 and 2009.
I think what bothers me about anime threads is that it's almost always the same parade of Shonen.weeaboos.
Its called Wee-aboo
Legend of the Galactic Heroes
Monster
WTF
Psycho pass and sket dance
