I recognize Yvette, very seriously looking, bossanova, a handsome jack, i suppose could be timothy, a kind of white athena and a nisha-like cowgirl....

Those are just costumes for the player characters in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel if you own Tales, they have no significance.
