We can see in the Google Play Store that the E4 is out. (The trailer and the description)

    Feeling with ya Mate...
    Still waiting to get my Hands on EP4/Android
    And theres no info in when it happens, Europe got A half hour left out till midnight→21th
    Hope for the Android release in A couple of hours, so actually tomorrow ._."
