They said you can buy things in the game with real money to unlock them faster, but everything that you can pay for with real money is unloc… morekable. I tried looking for the video that said it but its one of their E3 gameplay show offs, I'll post it if I find it later.
I wouldn't put much stock in that Gary, the game hasn't even came out. No one knows what the game is going to be about, they're probably just guessing.

Oh i'm sorry, i didn't know. That sucks man. I hate when games get spoiled. I been so hyped for Fallout 4, i can't think of any other game. I would be so pissed if i knew how it was going to end.
Sorry to hear about that man, I'm sure it'll still be a brilliant game though regardless. I got spoiled Peace Walker's actual ending and the MGS2 protagonist all those years ago. And I was actually quite annoyed by both of them.
I don't think you have to worry, the game isn't that graphically demanding at all. Which I find crazy because the game looks incredible. The FOX Engine really is something else, shame that Konami are now going to be too busy making mobile games.
Gameplay wise it was one of my favourites, I loved building Mother Base and even though it was tedious, when I finished building ZEKE it was very rewarding.
The Co-ops were good during the boss fights too. One of my fondest Metal Gear memories was seeing all of my friends get the shit beat out of them from a Monster Hunter boss. And instead of helping them I equipped my camera and took a photo.
I bought the original MGS on PS1 when that came out in the late 90s, so i been with the game franchise for a long time. After four, i feel out of love with the series. Now it's just that divorced parent you see every other christmas, who loves talking about themselves, constantly for hours.
The cutscene timing was so bad. Then the anime influences ruined four for me. I loved MGS3, a little long winded but it was a LOT better than 4.
I heard David Hatyar might get his old jewb back. I hope so. I don't know why Kojima replaced the voice of SS.

Yeah, David was awesome, but I can see why they did that though for MGSV, plus I don't think Kiefer's voice isn't to bad. Somehow I feel David is in this game though... I mean its the Final MGS Game, you can't end the series without the guy who voiced the main character the whole time. There was a crazy theory going around though a while back that the reason Snake's voice isn't David because its like his body double or some crap, made to pose as him as the real Snake is used to make the 3 clones. That was a looooonnggg time ago though when that theory was made, and all we had was Ground Zeros and like 1 trailer. Also MGS3 was the first one I ever played, and by far my favorite so far.

I think you should be able to run it. Might wanna lock the fps to 30 or lower a setting or 2. The first thing I found with specs close to yours was this video of The Witcher 3, which I'm pretty sure is more demanding.
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @2.30GHz
CPU speed: 2.30GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 22.0 GB
System type: 64-bit Operatin… moreg System x64-based processor
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 7970M
I have no idea if thats all of it... since I didn't build this myself or anything, and Im not good with the "specs" of Pc's :P

It'll probably also depend on AMD's drivers. You can always get a refund on Steam, if it doesn't run well.
Oh it certainly is, the gameplay demos have truly shown how impressive of an improvement it is from Peace Walker. To the extent where I think Kojima was intentionally limiting what the team could do with PW putting it on the PSP. TPP is literally improving on everything PW started.
I don't think it was just you, I played it solo my first time through on my PSP but Co-op'd it in the HD Collection. And I will admit the Co-op made the game far more enjoyable.
Heck if you have the HD Collection on your 360 we can Co-op it sometime if you want. :P
To alienate every Western Fan by saying stupid ass things like "We are going to focus on mobile games."" They canceled Silent Hills, which TBH i wasn't really looking forward to, because i don't think Kojima could write a Silent HIll game. I would like them to outsource Silent Hill to the developers who did Homecoming, but we will see... I guess.
At least Fallout 4 will be out in two months. At least Bethesda knows what the fans want.
Capcom were able to make DLC costumes for Ace Attorney Duel Destinies... which is a Visual Novel.
They really do find creative ways to put DLC in all of their games, I can't even recall the last game they did that didn't have some form of DLC.
Comments
opinions......
True, but why post that in this thread?
Thank you so much.
i'm stating my opinion,
it's not wrong to share your opinions with the others.
Until Dawn looks stellar, but coming into a thread dedicated to MGS (a Hype thread of all things) and saying UD is more interesting is kind of rude
I'm sorry
Guys, I suggest avoiding any forums or sub forums dedicated to Metal Gear Solid 5. There are spoilers EVERYWHERE. I got the ending spoiled for me.
I hate microtransactions, it really put a bad taste in my mouth for this game.
I wouldn't put much stock in that Gary, the game hasn't even came out. No one knows what the game is going to be about, they're probably just guessing.
The game was released early in some countries. There were even videos and pictures to go along with the leaked info.

Yeah, I really hope it doesn't screw it over and ruin the game.
Oh dang, didn't know that. Thank you for the heads up.

Sites say I can't run this game on my comp because of my CPU... but that's it. Gonna hope for the best and buy it for PC anyway

Don't get me started on Konami, they're doing exactly what Capcom was doing a few years ago, and look where that lead them.
Yeah, I hope it all works out... worse case scenario I can just buy it for my PS4 :P

I have watched this way to many times

You're welcome man.
