What do you think Jack's first act as Hyperion president will be after he takes control of Rhys' body?
Personally, i think he will kill Sasha, rape Fiona and then he will make Loader Bot kill her. Fiona will escape in the end and that's the reason she is angry in the future when she meets Rhys.

I'd say he will kill either Sasha or Vaughn and attempt to kill Fiona by strangling her, but I doubt it will go as dark as rape or anything.

Rape has been in TWD. Not the game, though. It could have been hinted in the game though with Jolene's daughter, but that's about as far as Telltale was willing to take it.
