In spite of living where I do (Australia), Yes, but not traditionally. I do not go trick or treating, but have a party with friends, whereby… more we dress up in a costume of our choice (not necessarily a spooky one) and sit around a television, watching horror movies or taking turns playing horror games. Not a bad time at all.
P.S. This year, I went as Jacob Frye from AC: Syndicate (because I had the clothes for it, so why the fuck not?). I may upload an image of it later.
It's my favorite holiday, of course I celebrate. I held a Halloween party with my aunt and uncle, we just invited everyone on the street. Here's my costume:

Well the party with friends last night was fun! I volunteered to help at an elementary school with my girlfriend so we wore our costumes all day. We were the sailor and the nurse from the VJ Day in Times Square photo so you can imagine how many times we had to do that pose!
We celebrate it, but it's illegal for anyone past the age of 12 to go trick-or-treating.
Modern Liberalism in action Folks. If that is true that is hilarious.

awesome Please do bro
Good job with the costume!
Good, it's supposed to! It's a Spanish pirate, but the hat and sword are hard to see.
Thank you! I'm a Spanish pirate, but in the lighting, the hat and sword are hard to see.
Thanks!
You're so sweet, thank you!
Do it, do it, do it.
M'lady. tips fedora
M'land lover. tips hat
Umm...
Oh, my bad. I thought it only said "European" vibe. Missed over the eastern part.
Oh I see now. It looks really good! Nice boots too ^-^
A bit late but I volunteered about my city's zoo.
Thank you! I love these boots. I wear them almost everyday, haha.
Well, I was half right about the eastern European part. Ahem.
Still, great costume!
Thank you!
Alrighty, here it is: My crappy attempt at dressing up as Jacob Frye for a Hallowe'en party.
This looks awesome and badass thank you for uploading bro
Looking cool!
Cool costume! Hope your party was great too!
Cheers. My only regret with this is that I could not find a single breasted frock coat.
Cheers!
Thank you! And it was!
Just did.

Very nice!
Only if you do not have an image of the actual outfits in the game, but thank you.
You look so badass.
If only you could see my face without the obscuring by the hood. You would be frightened.
I highly doubt that.
Uh, huh.......
My own personal hallowe'en costume, lol.
It is true. I can PM you the guidelines for my city if I can find them.
I'm not frightened. If I may ask, what do you have? You don't have to answer if you don't want to.
I look like that in the morning.

Frightened may have been an exaggeration. I meant something more along the lines of surprised.
